It's truly never been worse here.
There's so much more to life than this place. If the clowns at the top don't change the 'market based culture' (which is just a phrase used to change the subject away from discussing the worst employee culture around) quickly, then the point of no-return is upon us.

THE GREAT FORCE OUT HAS BEGUN.
Hang on, its going to get alot worse.
Weird trend
The laid off like the BEST people ever earlier this year. Then I see posts lately of bottom of the barrel leaders accepting leadership roles at Cigna this summer. Like why would they hire them and layoff others beats me.
Is it bad everywhere?
As the title states, how are the other departments doing in fab 8? Have any positions been backfilled since last year? Management is acting so despondent. AI this, pick up the slack, no work. What the heck is going on?
OFS - Whatever happened to M. Walton
Mr. Walton was the CRO for Fiserv pre-merger. Then one day he just disappeared. Does anyone know what happened to him?
New email sent VSP
They extended the deadline from last thursday to wed the 12th at 12pm CST...what kind of BS is going on...
Last week, we shared that team members could withdraw their application by contacting the VSP inbox. If you are interested in withdrawing your application, you may do so during the opt-out window from Monday, July 6, through Wednesday, July 8, at 12 p.m. CT.
Anyone else running into issues with Broadspire?
Not sure if this has something to do with pending layoffs?
Will the acquisition of Myricx Bio cause layoffs?
$1.5 billion is a lot of money, they'll have to compensate somehow.
Who can right this ship?
Is there anybody in senior leadership who could actually turn things around if they were given free rein?
Can I volunteer?
I want to tell my manager I'll volunteer for the next round, but I'm worried they'll just stall me instead.
Cuts after the holiday
I'm on edge about whether there will be cuts this week. I wouldn't put it past them to do it just after the holiday.
Where's the outrage outside of this forum?
I see people on this board agreeing about how bad things are, but in real life I work with people who don't seem to care. Nobody seems too worried about layoffs, the secrecy, or the eroding culture. How can anyone not be angry about this?
We can't handle more layoffs
This was said by other people as well, but I have to reiterate. We've lost so many people that the rest of us are drowning. We can't lose anymore. Unless their goal is to get all of us to quit. In that case, job well done.
I'm completely drained from the neverending worry about layoffs
I know that asking when the next round will happen is probably pointless because nobody really knows, nut I can never stop myself. It used to be that layoffs were rare events, but now they feel like a regular occurrence. That's not acceptable and I refuse to pretend it is.
Can it happen already?
I wish all the layoffs would happen tomorrow, just so we could move on, one way or another.
More & more
Get out while u can! It’s becoming a sheet show. Top heavy on manegment side.
Longtimers? They will cut u & replace you for half your $pay. No remorse on the Ikon side. Sheep.

Morale is in the absolute gutter
I've never seen morale drop this low. It almost seems like leadership is doing this on purpose and I can't understand why.
Counting the exits
I've been looking at how much my team has shrunk over the past year and it's pretty alarming. Some of that was layoffs, but a lot of it was people simply choosing to leave. I'm wondering if other teams are seeing the same thing or if it's just us.
Too much secrecy
The way they keep us in the dark about everything is exhausting. I shouldn't have to rely on internet forums to figure out my own job security. This is going to backfire on them eventually.
Anyone heard anything today???
It's happening soon right
Still no layoffs
Am I the only one getting nervous over the fact that we're still without layoffs? It's starting to feel like the calm before the storm - and the kind of storm that will be remembered for a long while. I hope I'm just being paranoid.
Severance worries
I'm almost hoping I get cut while the package is still decent. I've heard stories about companies giving almost nothing. Could that happen here?
What about this week?
Will there be cuts?
A slow motion wreck
I can't stop watching Verizon spiral downward. All the talent and potential being wasted, people going through so much, and the leadership just doesn't care. It's like watching a train wreck in slow motion.
Ford won't get better until we get rid of the people in charge
They're the source of all our problems. How much major damage do they have to cause before someone acts? They're the ones who need to lose their jobs.
Unexpected 1:1
How much trouble am I in? Were there any cuts planned for today?
Offer pulled after acceptance
I heard about someone getting an offer rescinded a week after they accepted it, no explanation given. Is that something that actually happens here often? How are supposed to backfill any positions if this is how candidates are treated?
401k/Fidelity
Anyone else not have their money go into their account after this last paycheck on Thursday?
Will Wanding Make You Leave?
Will wanding make you leave or are you cool with it?
Do you believe the stories given about why its needed? Some may be true but the timing of others are very convenient.
How long before they start laying people off without severance?
Nothing would surprise me anymore. I wouldn't put it past this leadership.
Are we the next Enron?
FB now ML ... leaving with a lot of cash ... what's next?
Does the Press know that Dell can’t pay commissions?
Someone has gotta pick up this news event.
They really do not care
Corporate America does not care about employees. To increase profits, these entities will lay off employees. They view their employees as units of production
Half my team thinks I'm being dramatic about all the layoff talk
I can't understand how some people can keep so calm and almost ignore everything that's been happening. I guess it's a case of "if it didn't happen to me, it's not an issue." Until it does happen to them. But I guess I'm the id--t for trying to warn them to stay prepared.
Why did we lose the good ones?
I've seen two of the most valuable people on our team get shown the door while people who barely do anything keep their jobs. It makes no sense whatsoever. I'm not worried about them finding work elsewhere, but I am worried about what happens to the rest of us who actually do the work now they're gone.
Is age a liability at Waters?
Is it just me, or does it seem that every time we had layoffs, those who were laid off skewed older? Most of the people I know who were affected are in their late 40s and above. It's starting to feel like once you turn a certain age, you immediately get a target put on your back.
90k employees given AI agent
Doesn’t this just sound like a mechanism to see what folks are doing on a daily basis and harvest info to train models to replace them. Some Sr. Directors and VPs should be scared when it sees how little they do
Open office a place holder for final re-organization?
Like many I am very frustrated by the hunt for a landing spot every morning, and all the noise and confusion that goes with it. Will we get offices again after the reorganization is finalized. That is, is this $hit$how just a holding pattern or is it really the permante new normal? Not sure I can live with this long term.
More layoffs July 15
Are you guys ready for layoffs and more work?
