I said to my now ex manager I am done, i just want exit pkg so I can focus on starting interviews because thinking every day is it today for months is not healthy.

Have you looked at the VSP email? They’re claiming that not applying for VSP doesn't mean you're on the chopping block later, but we all know how this usually goes. Does anyone have any idea how they’re actually calculating who gets impacted if they don’t get enough people to take the package? Let me know if you heard anything.

I just saw a new department message about another round of underwriting associates getting moved to claims. Pages after pages of names, poor souls.

I understand October 2 is the last day for sales reps if they didn’t get a territory, if I have that right. Other than that what is the significance of October 2 for this company? What is the purpose of October 2, why not finish the year out? Thanksgiving and Christmas would be so close. That doesn’t even make sense!!

I applied for the VSP but I'm in a Service Coordinator role where each of us manages upwards of 200-400 cases. Will they accept us? What will happen to those cases? Not that I really give a sht I'm just worried I won't get accepted bc it's a broken fcked up system. I need OUT of that hellscape

After another round of layoffs ( people who worked over 10 yrs have been layed off shortly after they were celebrated by the upper management although there are seemingly a lot open positions suitable). Offshore colleagues are being solely treated as numbers and laid off - still we are expected to perform even more because of "AI"...

Email from carrie Milby just sent that long time system ABS will be gone in 2027. Doesnt say when just 2027. Funny they say this after the VSP window is closed. This is something that could have been a deciding factor for a lot of people who work on ABS for day to day work.

On a town hall just now, EVP mentioned there are layoffs coming. Hopefully it won't impact too many people.
