How Do You Report People Discussing RTO on a Layoff Site?

Someone is abusing the original goal of this site by constantly discussing RTO and tracking data.

If you got a job and worried about RTO, then maybe LinkedIn and Reddit is where you should be. To keep discussing RTO here is ridiculous while people worried about overall job security.

Is accrued PTO paid out if they lay you off?

I can't find anything in the employee handbook about PTO payout rules...... which makes me think Centene's gonna let it defer to state payout rules. If they can weasel out of paying employees their dues they prob will.

I can only assume:

  • PTO won't be paid out
  • Sick won't be paid out
  • Personal vesting schedule at the time of one's termination holds true (I worked at a company 8 years ago that fully vested anyone they laid off.....man, those were the days!)

If I'm on the chopping block then I don't wanna leave anything on the table. So what do you think, do I feel a cold coming on? Did my in-laws surprise me and the wife with cruise tickets? lmao

Just curious

What kind of company sends a technician to my house to install the Internet and when he's done, ask me to fill out a survey and give him a 9 or 10? WTF

Can someone help??

Working here for 7 years
I am the only w**te person in the team of 12 and everbody else are Indians till LL4.
They all spoke in their native language around me and no work ethics (as they hand badges to friends to swipe for them) and I have to show up everyday even when my kids are sick, worst part is they have no idea how to do anything in job except my boss who pushes all the work to me as I'm the "Lead". Very surprised how they even have a Job.
Not only I am directly discriminated against by my coworkers And my boss come to me directly while the co workers are here for years. And all of my coworkers are on visas and related to each other.

Just want to keep this job to keep the family afloat.
How is this fair?
Is anyone is going through the same?
