5 Day RTO - bye bye
Employee survey results woke him up
Protest filling out OHS survey (bonus for managers)
Do not fill out the OHS survey. The only reason executives are constantly pinging everyone to fill it out daily is because this ties directly to their bonus metrics. The higher the response rate, the more bonus/goal they meet. Hit them where there wallet it is they seriously want to have our voices heard and that they are held accountable for their poor leadership.
Still pushing the Survey
Still getting emails from corporate and my manager about completing the survey. Is it Mandatory? What will be the consequences if I don’t fill it out?
Boycott the relocation survey
If the company is going to treat its employees as disposable, I for one will not be helping them decide who to lay-off and who to keep. Make them make the tough decisions that will backfire.
Allstate "Asks"
It's extremely telling that I have had three different emails from higher ups asking me to let them know once I have completed the Allstate Asks survey, and now McKeown has sent an ANI-wide email.
Zulfi and Kunal are not interested in honest feedback so why waste our time pretending otherwise? What do they get by people being over-positive in a survey that makes zero difference?
Engagement Survey - not anonymous
I'm tenured, multiple roles in 30 years. I finally made it to a director level. I always assumed based on the views and the way I can break down my associate engagement survey, but it truly was anonymous. Until today. I was on the CPO call and just realized they tie it all back to where we are for our annual performance reviews. Which means they know exactly who we are exactly how he answered exactly what our performance for you was and exactly what the survey said. They know everything. I've been a lifelonger of. It's a legit discreet anonymous survey. It's not quit taking it.
“Anonymous” Survey
One time I was given an 'anonymous' survey about job satisfaction at work, and wrote in one comment 'I don't think its fair to tell employees their responses are anonymous when they're not' and I was called into a meeting with HR where they assured me my results were 100% anonymous. They even showed me a printed out version with my name and comment on it.
2025 Employee Survey
No longer with APA but hear they sent out an employee survey. Won’t be surprised if minions just lie and APA named a top 2025 workplace. Be honest or don’t fill it out at all, but please don’t lie. Also, why does this cr-ppy company need a CEO and a President? Fire the CEO and save $10m easy. Sitting back on the side and watching this company crash, I feel bad for all the employees that have been there for years. Worthless board, hasn’t done it job and now it’s too late and won’t make a difference. Only hope these fools at the top have is to try and sell the company.
Recent Management Survey
In the past week or so, everybody got a request to complete a management survey. Is this mandatory to fill out? It would be ideal to fill it out honestly, but I'm worried about possible retaliation, especially given situations witnessed in the past. Does anybody know any details about how this works? Does it count against either the employee or manager if one doesn't respond? Thanks.
McKinsey survey not anonymous?
It says the data is aggregated and anonymous but doing some reading about it makes me skeptical that it's actually anonymous and that I won't be punished for having some negative things to say about the direction we are going and how much I trust management.
To the “leaders” who are “encouraging” us to take the OHI Survey
Go to Glassdoor and sort the reviews by most popular, and voila! Ostriches with their heads in the sand!
Is the employee survey safe to fill out honestly?
Not trying to lose my job, but would also love to tell them how bad it’s gotten here.
Employee survey
In my department, the participation rate is given more importance then the actual results. I'm sick of being harassed to take the survey. When the results are poor, the additional work to bring them up is incumbent on employees, not management. Our employee benefits continue to decline YOY. The only way to protest is to NOT take the survey.
Release the CES!!!
The CES should be released. Its obvious MW is "So Vain, I bet he thinks this song is about him" and cant believe he's lost pretty much every employees respect. Its not us, its definitely you! Let's break up and you move out!
Employee Culture Survey
We had the annual employee culture survey last week on working conditions. I looked through it but did not hit send. I have to say there were very few questions if any about how employees felt HR, the HR officer, recruiting, compensation, or leaders in field operations were doing. Lots of questions rating our direct managers. Company will try to tie low responses and blame managers so senior managers are insulated. Many feel the workloads in many field offices and in various areas like operationally like loans, new plans, payroll integration are still bonecrushing and management has no gameplan.Anywho, let hope the results lead to real change and the canning of a few incompetent execs. Our hope the survey results will be released two weeks before XMas so that 50 people can get blindsided a week before the Lord’s birthday
Did Stankey's letter have a point?
Stankey’s memo was triggered by internal warning signs from surveys. The results showed a noticeable drop in morale and buy‑in. His solution may have backfired. How else could he have addressed declining employee engagement?
Glint survey scam
Hey folks,
There is a difference between anonymous and confidential.
People are being called out for their opinions on the survey.
Do not participate in Glint surveys anymore .
BTW... I’ve never had a face to face one on one. Another total waste of time.
The problem Nordstrom created...
No one is being trained... because they believe anyone can do your job, and you are disposable ... So we receive wages accordingly with no raises.
OBTW... inflation is crippling your loyal workers. The replacements for those skilled workers are people who should have never been hired, but are never trained.
You are not investing in your employees...
And treating them like....
Organizational Health Index Survey now live
Received my 'invitation' to participate and complete this survey which is a vital part of Leadership's efforts to proactively manage Truist's health. After Dr McKinsey provides the results from the check-up, wonder what medication will be prescribed? Imagine antidepressants and reflux medications will on the list.
Record low participation in VoE Survey
I don’t need to see the survey results, I want to see the actions and outcomes. It’s the same burnt out feedback as prior years but with less passion… so what’s the point?
“Improve culture” and “improve moral” without improving (or even addressing) the fundamental asks of the employee base.
My favorite, the other day I heard corporate will be removing the coffee machines because with RTO we’re drinking too much coffee, so… lol.
ONEGF Survey is live (Big One)
If you are a new or old employee you should have received an email from
-Microsoft Viva Glint- for this anonymous survey. There are 30 questions total that have ratings on a 1-10 scale (1 meaning strongly disagree, 10 meaning strongly agree) you can add comments to each question rating as well. Keep in mind you can accidentally out yourself if you comment something that your manager knows it is a subject that you in particular talk about. While there are anti retaliation policies at GF that will not stop management from trying to figure out who wrote which comment.
Here is your one chance to make changes in your department. If you feel like your voices are ignored and feedback is brushed aside answer honestly and rate 1's. Managers with low ratings on this survey get put under an HR microscope, too many unhappy employees will cause action to be taken based on how many employees are unhappy.
If you don't have an issue with your department or manager then still make sure you voice that in the survey and give them a good rating. Good managers and leadership are hard to come by and employees do not get too many chances to have a say in their environment.
Pay attention to the benefit survey
People will be getting a benefit survey, they will ask whether you want this or that. They are testing the waters to see how they can cut benefits and say “we listened to the survey and this is what you wanted.”
It wont shock me that they get rid of the pension all together
These surveys are a total joke and a trap
The survey questions are not actionable and there is no accountability for the results or corrective action. There used to be a third party that would tabulate and report the results. Now this reporting is managed internally and there is no privacy or confidentiality so respondents are not truly encouraged to give more detailed or honest feedback. Middle managers fear the surveys and senior management is not managed or measured by the results. Another shameful action by HR and the EC to control the Peakon survey process.
@h6+1k50kxhns tells it like it is.
Employee Survey Again
Did anyone else get a random employee survey a few days ago. Essentially all questions asked a few months ago via third party survey but this survey came out via Microsoft forms and it isn’t anonymous. I thought that was weird.
Peakon Surveys are a JOKE!!!!!
The most inefficient survey. Not sure why everything is open ended… how are you supposed to collect quantitative data that way to measure against a benchmark or standard? Why do we get surveyed so often with little to no change being made in between? AND THE KICKER IS…. Leadership will comment back but won’t actually address any improvements or action in person!!!!!!! It’s all for show. This place is a joke
Anyone else get that Workday work satisfaction survey?
Wondering if that's a soft ask/getting feedback for those they think might be open for voluntary layoffs........
Emp engagement survey
Being told by numerous people that this survey is mandatory. Any truth to that? Why would the UP force people to take a survey about employee engagement? Forcing people to do a survey about "engagement" isn't really a good way to get people "engaged." Forcing just creates more disengagement. But I wouldn't expect the UP to understand that.
DT Services Town Hall: a concentration of bs and sociopaths
I attended the DT Services Town Hall today. I'll be honest: I felt embarrassed, and every day I can't understand how they can say such things without bursting out laughing.
I draw a veil over the comment regarding the Tell Dell results.
I hope these people get out of their homes and touch the grass, they have completely lost touch with reality.
Your Voice Survey
Your voice survey link was sent me for the yearly employee survey. I really have mixed feelings about giving real honest feedback. Leadership knows who doesn't fill out the survey and it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out who has something negative about the company despite them saying it's confidential. Yes, they know what you say when you provide feedback that represents an outlier that could be hurtful to others and the company. This could be the first year in five years that I am not going to complete the survey. Why? Because at the end of the day, our opinions really don't matter.
Has anyone actually seen the survey results?
I haven’t seen the results or heard anything from my leadership. It’s almost as if it never happened. Anyone else?
Not sure how they expect anyone to Ever participate again after these last two have been totally ignored… Insane.
Voice Survey - Be Brutal and Honest.
Those of us still hanging on to the sinking ledge with the few fingers we have left, the Voice Survey is available. Please be very brutal about this company but of course be honest. Don't make it up. They really need to hear how terrible moral is. Most of the new hires will likely have a false sense of positivity at Nielsen, but those of us here for more than a year know the truth. Last time we did the Voice Survey, many of the results were higher than the company deserved, so they didn't panic. Now they need to be.
Employee Survey
How honest were you? I was extremely blunt. It will be interesting to see if I'm still employed after Thanksgiving.
Surveys & Consolidation
Are we being brutally honest or holding back? Inquiring minds want to know! I’m laying it all out. It’s nothing I haven’t already said to my leader on multiple occasions.
Has anyone taken on a consolidated role? Why/why not? I’m staring one down the barrel & I think I’m going to walk. I’m getting dodged when I ask if the extra fill time responsibilities come with a pay rise…which means no.
What is the point of Your Voice Matters?
Been here for years and I don’t know that I’ve seen real change come of it - certainly nothing in our favor. Senior leaders do not hold themselves accountable to the results, at least not to us. They present on the quantitative data, say they’re carefully reviewing it, then it’s crickets. Rinse and repeat for the next round.
Does the survey just exist to give us an outlet for grievances? To claim they give us the ability to share our thoughts? It certainly doesn’t feel like our voices matter. I’m at a loss.
Leadership Expectations Tool
To Managers: so what happens when you receive the results of this survey from your teams? What are the next steps for you? Is it just another way for MetLife to waste money?
2025 Insights Survey
The best move here is to not fill this out, correct?
Employee Survey
Is it anonymous?
PSG Adjustment EOY
Last post deleted...
Heard that there will be a PSG adjustment at the end of the year to align us with the industry, anyone else hear this? Heard they are doing salary surveys.
PSG Adjustment End of Year
Heard that Chevron, like many companies, are doing salary surveys for an upcoming company wide adjustment to compete with the industry. Anyone else heard anything?
