Is anyone who was laid off within 5 years of retirement?

I am wondering if anyone impacted by the RIF was close to retirement, maybe within 5 years.

So we have some AIP info, but has there been any discussion as far as merit increases in March?

I’m hating this CIFT team more than ever. I joined this team recently as a Quality Analyst, and people here have so much attitude and arrogance almost all of them are like this. I feel like I want to quit this team or even this role.
