How much change do you think "Project Elevate" will bring to the org?
Is this going to be another one of those initiatives that are all fluff and no substance? Would we really see radical change immediately? I'm still of the opinion the company will look radically different in 2 and 3 years but more so cause of AI... — read more

Why is everything so unnecessarily complicated?
The tool sprawl here is ridiculous. There's so much overlap and no clear guidance on what to use when. It makes everything more complicated than it needs to be. I spend way too much time just figuring out where things live.
FIG Reorg?
Lots of rumors swirling about this, anyone have details?

Are the severance packages any different under ML?
I read when FB was in charge he changed the severance package from 2 week to one week per service year. Is that still the case under ML with the recent layoffs? If it went back to 2 weeks, still capped at 26 weeks?
Berkeley Heights Parking
It’s a valid point that when/if construction begins that we lose more spots. It’s starting to feel like the garage is not happening. Like they’ll just keep the status quo. Dark thought, but if enough people are let go, then it’ll just go back to... — read more
FB vs JD
Don't love either of them but I wonder how it rubs FB whenever JD is quoted in the media as an expert? Mr. D is constantly in news feeds. Mr. B more so for negative things.
APAC Changes
Just read ML email. Big change for APAC
WFH
I hesitate to complain about WFH when other offices don’t have it. But when are we “rotating” the WFH days in BH?

H1b FY 27
Did anyone else receive update from hr regarding their h1b lottery results?
Anyone being evaluated by stack rankings now?
The performance expectation is no longer meeting certain metrics but comparing your performance against other peers. I thought this practice has been widely discredited because it destroys morale? Preparing for more RIF at Fiserv?

Fiserv below $50/share with Mike incompetent
Fiserv will dip below $50/share next week given horrible execution, bad employee morale, and irresponsible management incentives. Mike will take tens of millions of dollar home. Leaving shareholders holding the bag. Mike has promised no lay off, but... — read more
Remember when we only had occasional layoffs?
Frequent layoffs are the norm now. We went from enjoying job security to not having any. I miss the good old days.

Mike Lyons notes this month. Company is in good shape.
Read about it here: https://www.reddit.com/r/Fiserv/comments/1rysxi8/fiserv_fisv_ceo_at_wells_fargo_paymentsfintech/ No layoffs.
The talent pool has dried up
Fiserv used to have its pick of top candidates. Now the pay and benefits are so poor that only the people who can't get hired elsewhere will take jobs here. Half the workforce is undervalued and it shows in the quality of new hires.
It’s in the news!
Global financial services company Fiserv Solutions will eliminate 118 positions at its Berkeley Heights location. The layoffs are planned between March 31 and May 31, according to a WARN notice filed this month.
Layoffs
It is my understanding that the company is planning to lay off a significant number of employees who are directly responsible for day-to-day execution. In light of this, it would be advisable to also evaluate the structure and effectiveness of the... — read more

Whatever happened to K.C.?
Seems like it was a couple of years ago that Frank said there’d be a new campus in Kansas City. Did those plans get shelved?
Coral Building Sold Today
Memo went out that Coral campus was sold, but we're in a lease back agreement and will stay from 18-36 months until Fiserv finds a new campus. They are staying in South Florida, that much was clear. Where to next? Hoping it's not Miami.
Why hasnt this place been taken over yet?
Much like when First Data came in, why hasn't anyone else scooped in to take over and acquire the client base? Only thing of value are the customers we still have. Seems the place is ripe for the taking.
REALITY Peak Bureaucracy : 1.5 months wasted on a "trivial" non-issue.
