This is 1000% Wells Fargo today: The most dangerous workplace bully isn't your coworker, it's your manager. Because when the person targeting you also controls performance, documentation, and reputation, it's not conflict, it's leverage.

Deloitte Scammer
Deloitte mostly copies what we do, adds a few minor changes, and then presents the same work across other projects. They’re also very good at replicating our frameworks and showcasing them to other clients. I’m not sure why Yael Cosset and Jim Clendenen keep supporting hires from Deloitte, but it definitely feels like there’s some kind of Deloitte backchannel benefiting them.

Another lawsuit
See something, say something. But none of you do.
That makes you part of the problem. File a complaint with the EEOC or the DHS. Oz says he’s all over Medicare and Medicaid fraud. If you suspect that’s going on here, file the complaint. Let it get investigated. But more than that, take it to the court of public opinion. Social media is the ultimate equalizer now. Everybody complains. No one acts. If you suspect conflicts of interest, notify outlets like ProPublica. Even John Oliver torched Centene and Michael back in the day. Sadly, what I think you are going to ultimately find out is that the truth is what Ricky Gervais said during his monologue at the awards a few years back. “I don’t care anymore. I’m just joking. I never did”. Replace the “I” with every company, every government agency, etc. They don’t care anymore. And they never did.
Would you want your division head in a fox hole with you?
If you were in a war zone, how would you feel about having your division head with you in a fox hole? I would have been happy to have certain previous division heads with me. Not my current one. Would anyone want to be with their current divsion head in a fox hole during a war?
Seth
Oh boy...who else noticed all the derogatory comments he keeps making. Now he is openly talking bad about his peers. Jeez
"Two men in a burning house must not stop to argue"
This African proverb explicitly warns that in an emergency, you have to stop trying to "be right" and start trying to survive. If you keep bickering, you’re essentially choosing to allow the house to burn down just to win the argument. This is the perfect depiction of what is happening at BNSF and everyone is playing right into it. Managers against employees. Employees against managers, Employees against employees, managers against managers. HUGE Trust issues. Is this a huge daycare??? The competition loves how BNSF is having its managers go after their employees and pitting everyone against each other. "A house divided against itself cannot stand" -Matthew 12:25 The leadership is probably the worst i have ever seen. If you want to thrive, take Buffets advice and "Stop writing people up" Even he saw the ridiculousness in the way it was being ran. Looks like its gotten worse unfortunately. So glad I left that toxic place. Never in my life did I see more people against each other than at the bnsf. That culture shift starts at the top. If you want your company to change, then YOU have to change.
You know why things are the way they are?
You ask three people the same question and get three different answers. All of them sound confident too. So it turns into a game of eeny, meeny, miny, moe to decide what to do. And if you get the wrong one, guess whose fault it is? This whole place has turned into one big joke.
Dear Doug
I really hope you read this.
Eff you! We are better off without. Take your money and go hide your face. You are a failure and always have been. You gaslight the rest of these clowns into thinking you were some EV god but the rest of us knew from day one you were a joke. How you bamboozled Ford leadership into thinking we could take a bunch of rejects and failures from Apple and Tesla and build a successful will be a mystery but now if we can only get rid of the rest of the your lackeys and your “20x” skunkworks team.
Go eff yourself with a J1772 connector.
SE want to be office coordinator
Not sure who needs to hear this, but acting like you run the place when you don’t is getting old. Constantly trying to manage everyone, inserting yourself into things that aren’t your responsibility, and acting like you own the company isn’t helping anyone—it’s just annoying.
Also, you’re not the locksmith. Stop changing things, controlling access, or acting like everything has to go through you. It creates confusion and makes it harder for people to actually do their jobs.
Focus on your role, do it well, and let everyone else do theirs.

F-U Gunjan and MC
I would just like to give the middle finger to where it’s deserved. Fu-k you GK + her following a-s kissers. I will not be joining any town halls or taking the survey.
Don’t speak up!
Put your head down and do your work. Fortunately the CSO isn’t actually the one that keeps us safe. He sits behind the doors that he closes behind him in his fraternity room. Bringing the sorority girls in one by one, you know the favorites. The ones that he protects and the ones that protect his little secrets that aren’t even secret! The company doesn’t have time or money for lawsuits to waste on people like this anymore! It’s just a matter of time. One would think that integrity is a core competency as the CSO! Shane on you Nike HR and legal!
Politico article today, Frank called a fake, hack, and poser by 6 top people at IRS
Great article in Politico today on Frank continuing his work style and Brooklyn bully boy tactics at the IRS.
Contractors and HIH stealing my work and presenting as their own
Been working on a project for a few months and I was told to include hih and contractors in the project. The contractors took my work and began presenting it to other leaders as their own.
Already going against public statements to pause tuckins
I’m shocked that they just bought another company when they have said publicly many times they will stop for a while (they just bought a new one last week)
How is the ceo able to say one thing in earnings and within a month do the opposite
Ingenious, don't you think
I secretly bugged the conference room that my manger uses when he's in the office. I can listen in to everything now.
Why should I care about yall hired after 2008.
You ain’t nothing without us! You don’t need no raises no 401k or anything. You need to worry about us cuz we
Dont care bout you at all. Company fire you for putting up a fight. We good. Thanks Moe for explaingrhat juniors hires ain’t worth nothin
Will multiple conflicts prevent layoffs?
As CVX price and bbl go up with the multiple conflicts, will that save us from additional layoffs?
Or is this short term?
Have a meeting with the contractors and people from HIH
I am working on a Gen ai product and I have a meeting to demo that to the HIH team and the contractors. I have worked hard on the project and looks like the team in HIH wants to takeover? Idk. What to do?
New Avaya story
Hi all, I ran a second story on the lawsuit and arbitration process. Information is still very scant, but a source at Avaya alleges that it discovered a C1 document called “The Great Migration.”

CS and APLA, APLA and CS
APLA is nothing without CS.
This is why I'm writing the appeal the decision made up above that CS moves to Greater China which is not a good idea.
CS needs to stay in APLA at least until it's broken up.
GC needs a local to the Chinese market.
We are led by !diots from Downstream thinking everything is about them
Downstream VPs managers ruining Upstream, Uncon experienced folks ruining Deepwater and Deepwater folks ruining Uncon.
Yes we need cross fu ctional experience, but not Leaders/managers. They come and make people do uncecessary studies and projects which are doomed to fail. The upstream industry is more than 100 years old, yet these d-mb bozoz think they can change the world.
This is foolishness
#IGNITE Stupidity
Maintenence Tech
The idea that a fiber technician can properly maintain a hybrid fiber coaxial plant with limited hours and frequent outages while also disparaging the expertise of outside plant technicians , and vice versa referring to us as maintenance technicians, is completely ridiculous always trying to reinvent the wheel when you know this Altice Optimum experiment will always be nothing but a ponzi scheme
Let’s get the truth straight here
Lexmark was purchased by Xerox.
Yes Lexmark is owned by Xerox.
BUT... Lexmark the company has not yet been disolved.
SO.... Lexmark employees are still getting pay checks from the Company Lexmark.
But lets be honest.
Legacy Xerox no longer exists.
Legacy Lexmark no longer exists.
What exists is "New CO", but I only see Xerox people fighting against the future and instead holding on tight to the "Legacy".
So the bigger question is why do the "Legacy" Xerox employees feel a need to be mean, narcisitic a--holes to the "Legacy" Lexmark employees who are just trying to do our jobs as the "Business" / "NEW CO" has asked us to do?
Since you get offended anytime you feel like the "Legacy Xerox" way is being subligated or talked badly about or neglected... please tell us how you would like us to refer to the different technologies, proceadures, processes and servers so that there is no mistaking which component is being discussed?
Also Please let us know how we move forward as the "NEW CO" so that your feelings aren't hurt everytime a business decision has to be made for the betterment of the "NEW CO".
Would you like us to just start refering to "Legacy Xerox" people as "our supreme overlords" and "Legacy Lexmark" people as "Those that you saved"? Because thats how it feels.
Or here is an idea... how about you get rid of he idea that the Xerox you see today is the same Xerox that existed a year ago or 5 years ago etc.. etc..
Instead realize we are now a team and we have to make hard decisions and choose what's best for "New CO" which means cobeliing together pieces from both. Maybe that means chosing "Legacy Xerox" options or maybe it means chosing "Legacy Lexmark options.
You don't have to like it but fu--ing stop with the narcistic idea that you are somehow better than the people trying to work with you and patch the holes in the sinking ship.
M-rating
I received an M rating, and people are telling me it’s bad? . I’m the smartest person on my team and my “boss” is an unqualified Saudi woman. I’ve emailed her boss and told him as much, but I don’t know if that will help? To those of you considering coming here, be mindful they prioritize their own despite how much value you may add.
Steve, you should know better!

Nice Look for our CEO: personally investing in start-ups and then directing United to work with them
No conflict of interest at all, right?
Right?
Bro has money poisoning.
My favorite quote: "Directors of companies registered in Delaware, as UnitedHealth is, have a “duty of loyalty”—an obligation to put the company’s interests ahead of their own. A director who invests personally in a startup in the same industry without first clearing it with his company could be breaching that duty, legal experts say."

Layoffs starting today
Have heard conflicting things either massive reorg or a layoff. My money is on both. Seeing people reporting their teammates being laid off.
ZG joining DE at Alvarez
OMG! Another one of our former ELT is joining A&M. The same BT firm we wasted millions of $$$ on. There must a a conflict of interest or under the table deal. Pay the millions, when BT doesn’t work and you jump ship, just join them.
Ethics should investigate! Oh wait…that would be a waste of time.
I am going to HR
my Boss says after she approved my vacation on Oct 25 that I now cant take my vacation we had planned as a family and my job would be in jeopardy. I have documentation on are Communication and I am taking the two week vacation
Is CISO Rich Baich adhering to AT&T's ethical standards or acting in his own self interest?
Did Rich Baich engage in conduct that may constitute a conflict of interest? Rich Baich serves as Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and Senior Vice President at AT&T. Rich's daughter, for reference, serves as Director of Product Management at SimSpace, a cybersecurity training platform.
- In November 2024, Rich Baich hosted SimSpace’s Cyber Cup competition at AT&T's HQ, in which AT&T placed first in the Cyber Cup Defensive Challenge.
Rich and his daughter presented together at RSAC 2025 in a session titled “Nurturing the Next Generation of Cyber Defenders” on April 28, 2025. https://www.rsaconference.com/experts/rich-baich

A Boeing HR hassled me before the holiday break about a note my doctor wrote regarding my absence
The HR excused me of forging the note. I responded saying HR Karen, I don't like being excused or forging a doctor's note, therefore have your HR manager call my doctor and verify the note. The HR Karen got in a huff about my referring to her as a Karen and told me she was going to have me written up by my manager for it. I talked to my manager before the start of break, and he told me not to worry about it because he's not going to take any orders from a Boeing HR Karen demanding I be written up.
Always remember who HR really works for
In my old company, a colleague had a serious issue with a director and went to HR for help. She documented everything perfectly. Instead of investigating, HR scheduled a mediation where they sided with the director and suggested my colleague was not a team fit. It was a clear lesson that their only job is to protect the company from us. From what I've seen here so far, the same applies here.
If anyone needs some good news today…
Warner Bros Discovery has urged shareholders to reject a $108.4bn hostile takeover offer from Paramount Skydance, branding it “inadequate” amid an extraordinary corporate battle to control the legacy media conglomerate.
In a blunt letter to shareholders on Wednesday morning, WBD accused Paramount of having “consistently misled” investors by claiming its bid has a “full backstop” – a safety net to ensure it has sufficient funds – from the Ellisons.
Paramount did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
“Following a careful evaluation of Paramount’s recently launched tender offer, the Board concluded that the offer’s value is inadequate, with significant risks and costs imposed on our shareholders,” Samuel A Di Piazza Jr, chairman of WBD’s board, said in a statement. “This offer once again fails to address key concerns that we have consistently communicated to Paramount throughout our extensive engagement and review of their six previous proposals.
“We are confident that our merger with Netflix represents superior, more certain value for our shareholders and we look forward to delivering on the compelling benefits of our combination.”

Why do managers at BC always seem to be in conflict with each other?
I was am employee from VMware. After in BC, I find managers always fight with other manager.
They make every source code, KB and discuss meeting notes only available inside the group, ask engineer do not do any task comes from other manager, and even ask engineer do not help customer just because the team is busy on a new version release.
Today my manager ask me to fight with a team member, pushing them to do something.
How does this phenomenon occur?
