This company is a joke. Full off shoring id--ts and fools. I hope this company goes bankrupt. The VP’s are deserve the worst things in life

Will they put you on the list if you don't complete your self evaluation? I don't understand the point of doing one if they plan to cut 10k jobs.

When do they decide who is on the next layoff list? Would my manager know by now if Ill be effected?

Dont work for this place. The anxiety of losing your job is real. Constant layoffs happening at this place. Terrible employer, no raises, no bonus, nothing.. Employer is terrible.

What's your prediction as it relates to the possiblity of State Street layoffs? Any chatter, news or rumors?

January layoffs will be massive. Especially in GD where expected cuts in workforce will be between 20 to 30% from each teams. Mostly ranging from A2 to AVP level.

I work in Fund Accounting in the NJ office as a Senior Associate. I am wondering if y’all think layoffs will hit me. I see two postings from my team that were posted recently. Will I know soon if I am to be affected?
