We lost a couple of great teammates. Neither makes any sense if they were going based on performance, so I guess for once the leadership didn't lie. This was all about numbers.

They were the driving force who made such a mess of target. How is this group helping us generate more revenue? Do minorities even care? Why are white women leading this group?

Can the laid off employee “convert”/ buy the same coverage directly from insurance company that Target was using? Has anyone done this in previous layoffs? The advantage would be no medical test or other hassles and a plan that should be reasonable

Is this a real simplification and an efficiency measure? Maybe? But it may as well be cover for offshoring to TII + Contractors. I do have tendency to be paranoid tho.
