I heard the UK lost a lot of staff in Q2 but have any other European countries been affected ? Some Euro colleagues I spoke with said things were on hold due to the BT merger.

Out of 30 or so AVP, VP, SVP on the org chart there is a single non-Indian. Just one. They talked for an hour mostly about AI with little specifics about the plan. Answered a QA about rebadging and gave a 3 minute non-answer.

Does VZ allow retirement-eligible employees to decline a rebadge so they can be treated as if it were an involuntary separation and retire effectively, preserving all the retirement benefits? Hopefully someone here has first hand knowledge.
