We’re on a road to nowhere
Don’t know where we’re going, so we won’t know when we get there
This won't end well
I don't have the same level of hatred for this place that a lot of people do, but I'm also not blind. The constant layoffs aren't a solution, they're just a way to delay the inevitable. You can only cut so many people before there's nobody left. I... — read more

Before layoff inform
If a company decides to cut a role, that decision is rarely sudden — it’s planned weeks, often months, in advance. So why not give employees 4–5 months’ notice before the actual layoff date, instead of ending things overnight?

I don't even care anymore
I've given everything to this place for years and now I'm just done. I'm doing the bare minimum, hoping they'll notice and cut me loose in the next round.
Restructuring madness

Layoffs are happening, but so is hiring. Doesn't that completely defeat the purpose? And it's a slap in the face to the people who were let go.
It'll get better
I was laid off roughly a year ago and it felt like the end of the world at the time. Now I'm in a better job with better pay and significantly better culture. Hang in there.
They don't give a damn about us
Morale is in the gutter due to cuts and leadership couldn't care less. They don't seem to realize that stressed employees aren't productive employees. Or they don't care.
