Any hint on when this latest layoff round would hit EMEA? Besides ANS who i think got hit globally, would be good to know what's happening with the VCF division.

ESG seems to be the most popular division at Broadcom. I don’t see any other division discussions here. Quarter after quarter, shameless ESG is always below the line of doom, like a parasite hogging the host.

surprised no one has posted here about it, but there’s for sure layoffs happening Thursday.

How do I escape from it? So that I can collect my RSUs - rest and vest. The best part of being in ESG is that I’m literally shaking my legs and doing nothing. My manager does the same.

What are your thoughts on the latest ESG coffee talk? What’s our final path forward?

Now that it will cost $100k per year to sponsor an h1b, how do you think this impacts our fellow foreigners working at broadcom? Are they cooked, finished or?

Were the raises Hock talked about a flat % to everyone below ICB6, or does it vary from person? I got a 2.5% and it's disappointing especially since Hock made it sound like it's gonna be something big.

Seems Hock has cooled on custom chips in last call and shut someone down. Also rumours about 6month delays, the cost benefit trade off with customer chip not being so great in addition Google also partnering with Mediatek

Day by day I’m feeling more anxious and worried about my future at Broadcom. Every morning I’m checking my email to see if I have been laid off. Are you guys feeling the same ?
