Stanley siphons off Shareholder Wealth

For himself and the people behind the curtains. The goal is to strip this thing down to bare minimum costs, maintain a revenue stream and healthy cash flow and dump it off private equity style. He most certainly doesn't work for shareholder or the stock price. The men behind the curtains pull his strings.

Congressional Hearing Big 5

Today Steve will announce he plans to return profits to Obama care in 2026. Flood your congressman with your thoughts as they should ask him where he obtained all that money. Makes sense why no one getting a descent raise, a bonus or why he decreased the 401 k match and the uptick in layoffs. He got to impress some congressman and throw them a bone.

Strategy or Fatter Payoff for DC

Train wreck in every org coming. We struggle to manage operations with current staffing, and no way in he!! will HIH provide % of 1% support to keep lights on, nevermind manage strategy. All those on the 20 to 25% cut list, remember you followed their lead, they created the mess...I hope they bought stock in the mops they will need to clean up the slop on the floors.

Early Warning

Managers in design centre are prepping for job cuts. Design usually runs lean, and misses the cuts happening in the rest of the company. If this is correct, GM is in trouble. Design has been told in the past that if studios are cutting there are issues coming.

Regional and Area done Today

Today is a really sad day. Losing such talented and hardworking colleagues hurts deeply. You all made a real impact and this doesn’t define your worth. Wishing you strength and success as you begin the next chapter of your life

Does anyone know anything about the new company branding or logo?

Yesterday in Poland, the company was giving away old branded swag, furniture with company colors, and even coat hangers. It made me wonder whether this is connected to an upcoming rebrand.

At the same time, it feels a bit strange - even wasteful - considering how weak the company’s situation currently is, especially when our VCP bonus won’t even be paid out in full.

Curious if others have heard anything or have thoughts on this.

The Amarillo, Texas plant will cut 1,761 b-shift operations positions. The Lexington, Nebraska beef processing plant will close, displacing 3,212 workers. These actions are expected to reduce the country's beef processing by 7-9%.

If you were RIF’d, what was your year end rating?

Based on Jane’s recent announcement that the bar will be raised and “we will not be graded on effort”, will Citi be taking a Goldman approaching and simply cutting the lowest performers?

It’s hard to believe that memo can be released and still let go of workers with 1’s and 2’s for ratings….

Alameda Health System Layoffs Cause Hospital Disarray

Major layoffs at Alameda Health System have caused disarray. The system cut 247 employees, roughly four percent of its staff. These cuts are attributed to federal Medicaid funding reductions. Staff report overflowing trash and delayed lab tests due to the changes. Many doctors and nurses urge the board to halt the reductions.

I know there’s a lot of noise with the outage, but did anybody catch that east call? Whhhhatttt

I know there’s a lot of noise with the outage but anybody catch that last call where Liane Lanier was selling us on indirect locations?

Did anyone else leave yesterday’s East call feeling patronized and frustrated? It felt less like a strategic update and more like an attempt to gaslight the entire organization into believing agent locations are outperforming corporate stores.
We are being fed "metrics" that supposedly show agent stores winning in customer experience, yet those of us on the ground know the reality doesn't match the slides. If this move is strictly a cost-cutting measure, then have the professional courage to say that. Instead, we got "glamorous" hosting, skits, and tired slogans while our actual reality is being ignored.
The most insulting part? While leadership plays around with "hustle" acronyms, those same "devoted" agents are already telling our teams which corporate stores they’ll be taking over in the coming months.
We are out here working our hardest for this company, but it’s impossible to have "heart" for a leadership team that chooses performances and made-up metrics over transparency and respect. The act is getting old. It’s time to stop the show and start paying attention to what your teams are actually going through.

From T-mobile site..10,000 cut???

10,000 getting cut
Was just told at 3pm today 1/15 access is getting cut off for 10,000 people at T-Mobile who are all part of a mass layoff. Not sure how accurate 10,000 is but I know for a fact my ex-wife is part of this.
