We have people here that any competitor would love to have, and we do nothing to keep them. Junior staff get demotivated and check out. Experienced veterans with institutional knowledge get shown the door. What's the endgame here? Feels like nobody's looking past the next Q earnings call.

Nobody is ever going to convince me that competent leadership needs some jack-of-all-trades consultants to improve their business. No chance in he-l an outsider has a clue compared to in-house institutional knowledge and experience.

The scam continues with a 2026 pay raise less than inflation. Inflation caused by Aramco’s buddies to the north. In the last 10 years that leaves only 1, 2024, where Ali and the scammers beat inflation with a decent pay raise. Do yourself a favor if you’re still there and figure how much your salary has decreased when factoring inflation. And for anyone considering moving to the Toxic environment, offered both indoors and outdoors (worst air quality in the world), think about an avg 1-3% annual raise before stepping on the plane to the land of empty quarters…and empty promises.

Anyone else having issues working with the VP of Medicaid Marketing around timelines and execution? Feels like constant delays, wasted budget, and no clear direction. Lots of talk in meetings but when the time comes …nothing actually moves…and later we hear it couldn’t even be done. Starting to wonder if marketing is being phased out again with how little progress there’s been. Seeing this anywhere else?

Which areas of IHO and SS were cut hard? Communication being struck from our name, I suspect we all get nothing, so anyone that can chime in?

Get out of your ivory national tower. I know the union pays good, off our backs, but we need to be paid too for doing the actual work that keeps you at your temperature-controlled desks. Fight the fight your cushy jobs are paying you to fight.

Do I regret taking voluntary retirement? No. Will this company regret hiring people who don’t know our industry, empowered to make decisions and ultimately destroying service all to save a buck? Absolutely. But after tomorrow it’s not something I need worry about.
