Tomorrow is the next layoff date. I expect it will be focused on non-bonus eligible people and 3/3 will focus on those who are bonus eligible. They want to see who takes the bonus and run. They are counting on it. Best of luck all.

Do the needful and quit already. They are moving the RTO goal post again because they aren’t seeing as much attrition as they hoped with the 8 hour tracking. They don’t like that we use 1/2 days pto to avoid the office.

People are really underestimating how much AI is driving job cuts. Salesforce reportedly used AI agents to lay off 5,000 employees across marketing, product management, data analytics, and even its own Agentforce AI division.

How do you find out what the average base pay for the role in current area is. The range is so wide and confusing.
