I am an internal employee currently on job reassignment. I need a new position or the company will sever my employment. I demand to know when they will put back the jobs they removed.

Anyone else find the flexibility hours unnerving? Since when did they change hours of operation to 5am-6pm ct? As far as I knew it was 5am-10pm ct. I’ve always worked a later shift that no longer falls within their new hours of operation.

How much does the company pay in severance when there's a separation in employment? Also, do we have to sign a non compete agreement?
