Marketing has not done much over the last couple of years. CMO was part of the legacy HS ex CFO who blew up marketing org to over 100 with no real results. Glad to see CEO and the new CHRO observing the true contribution in the organisation.

FDS seems to want to give the impression that they’re investing in real-time. What’s the strategic thought process there, seen the fact that it requires substantial investment to set up. It seems an odd choice when you’re already struggling.

That tells you clearly that this had nothing to do with performance, and everything to do with a bunch of numbers on a spreadsheet. A very, very stupid move long-term.
