If the employee has been with company for 10 years and transferred to Cognizant, do the employee has option to reject the offer? Will FIS pay severance? or will it be considered as at will resignation?

I am hearing from multiple sources that half of FOS was RIF'd along with over 600 developers between the FIS banking core systems.

I can't wait for town halls in other departments where the management will somehow explain how this is good for the company and the people, how great of an opportunity this is. They will of course address all the questions submitted by us
