Heard there was impacts to the agile family. Any additional details?
Not in the media??
With FIS being a massive company why are these layoffs not making the media?
No layoffs for a while?
Can we at least relax for a few months now that this round is over?
To us ‘unimportant people’
Hope you all have a great weekend. Hopefully you survived this last round. But I expect several/many more this year.
What is the Battle Damage Assessment (BDA)?
For those who were laid off, condolences. Don't sign anything without examining it carefully or, if you think appropriate, have an attorney review it. For those with long careers, please invoke the Rule of 70 when discussing your severance. It has to... — read more
The stock is dropping as FIS is not buying its own shares
Smart minds would bet they had to keep market cap (stock price) at certain point due to covenants in divestiture. Otherwise deal would have been off table. Board needs to start acting like a board
A failing leadership team
In all my years here, the leadership has never been worse. They consistently make poor decisions that demoralize everyone. How do they keep their jobs while the company suffers?

Thanks Bob — Our Chief Employee Experience Minimization Officer
You and your team have effectively minimized my role overnight—reducing my title without reducing my job scope, responsibilities, but a title without clarity. This change has materially damaged my external career prospects by assigning me a generic... — read more
Title Changes after TSYS merger
Today I noticed my auto signature was deleted. Then I find out they changed the titles for everyone in our department. This is exactly what they did after the WorldPay merger. 50% were let go less than a year later.
Oh Boy ... I have a 1x1 with my manager tomorrow.
If I see an HR person on the call, I know I'm gone before anything has been said.
Is early retirement really bad?
I'm asking because my dad, who's been having some serious health issues, is refusing to consider early retirement because it would be - as he said it - a huge financial hit compared to waiting out retirement. Is this true? I have a feeling he's just... — read more

Use Copilot for everything, just kidding
SF and KB talk up Copilot all day long, its the reason we can rif so many people. But then they took away the ability to record meetings and get transcriptions. One step forward four steps back
When people ask why some of us are still here
I hate the company culture and all the layoffs, but I have a fantastic manager and great coworkers. That's so rare and it's the only reason I'm still here. I don't want to risk that, even with everything else.
PluralSight being used to get rid of people?

This job's making me sick
The pressure and job insecurity are literally making me unwell. I'm dealing with anxiety and health issues because of it. I hate that I need to stay here despite how awful it is.
Kel B
Kel B just sent out a message saying that we will achieve client success by using AI. People are getting fired left and right, morale is terrible, FT call center is getting closed and all they can say is AI. This is beyond stupid. She schedules her... — read more

Glint Survey
Were you honest with the latest Glint Survey that came out today for the all staff meeting next week? I was, and will it impact me future? If it does then I know for sure this company is not the last place I will ever work.
