It was said that all employees received it but I am a contractor and haven’t received anything. It’s probably safe to assume we’re first on the chopping block when it comes to JE but it’s not like we’d be notified of it.

Anyone got the W2 yet?
First year it is yet to be made available when the deadline is the 31st.
This company just can’t do anything right.
Why does the stock crash so hard?
I mean, our results figures were really not that bad. What gives?
Big announcement imminent...
I'm convinced (and have some evidence) that a big announcement is coming. I think everyone is expecting CEO announcement but I suspect it's were being SOLD either wholesale or in parts.
Durrrr... I done leveled up ya'll
The he-l is he talking about hitting level 11 and treating this like a game.
Beyond tone deaf.
Virtual - should I make plans
I'm virtual in Europe, do I have a number on my back ?
How long have I left realistically
Profit sharing delay
Any conspiracy theories on why profit sharing is posting so late this year??? In years past it always posted by the 15th or middle of January.
Those who stay will be replaced by Copilot
You think you're safe? First Bank inquisition, then RTO5. Next people quit, then the layoffs, then finally copilot instead of YOU.
PNC truly cares about their customers...money. Not their employees, not even Pittsburgh residents.
Does leadership know any other word than AI?
If we played a drinking game every time they say AI everyone would be drunk before lunch time. These people are so out of touch.
Are they really d-mb or not getting the real information from their as* kissers or good liars?
I cannot believe the words coming out from these so called leaders mouth. I guess as long as they can travel the world and enjoy in company’s cost - they don’t care. It will be another company that goes to ground.
Today
Something is happening today, is it the bank reorg?
Are company and union still talking?
According to an email sent in December. They were set to talk this month. Did they? Are they still? I don't understand why the complete silence all the time by the company and the union. I can see why they wouldn't give specific details while negotiating but they could at least give us the most general description of the current situation, right?
They never care
If the schools are closed for icy roads why isn’t the bank closing? They don’t care about our safety. Almost spun out completely. Have to come into office for my 3 days though 🤡
"You're lucky you have a job"
I swear, if another person tells me this, I'll scream in their face. Is the bar really that low? Seriously?
There's supposed to be more?
Is that some kind of a joke? More cuts?
Why is this company so tone deaf?
Stock is down nearly 20% today and the message from the top is about mission and culture and embracing AI. Only one sentence about Medicare rate notice. If anyone watched the Capitol Hill hearing from last week, both parties are gunning for us. Yet leadership is going on about re-energizing our culture (whatever that means). So tone deaf.
Compromise safety for the sales launch
Central station made a poor call on being open today. It’s apparent its solely for the sales launch. Fossil is risking lives over a day of wining and dining international partners.
No raise for 2026?
I have been working at The Bank for over a year now so this is my first time being eligible for a raise. I started in August 2024. Did anybody else not get a raise? I’m trying to understand if it’s just me or is it something that is quite common at The Bank. I’ve never not received a raise at my previous companies. Your input will help. I receive a meets/meets on my annual review
Is that it ?
One dude leaves the company and a bit of shuffling around, is that the big Reorg ?
Newport Deferred Compensation
How is it legal for BK to take the distribution out of your account, yet not credit you the money for 30 days.
So basically BK is holding on to your money, earning interest ? Carrying it as an asset ? For 30 days.
Talking points
Apparently there have been some talking points given to managers to help soften the news of no raises this year for higher end earners, specifically in risk. Can someone post those talking points? I want to know what is bs and what is genuine from my manager. Thank you.
How long do you give it?
Until CS fails in china.
Results are not improving
How worried should we be about more layoffs?
DAC Dilemma
Vicki made a huge bet on DAC. To me, the business case was always shaky even if it works PERFECTLY. I’m told it is over schedule and over budget, and we just got rid of OxyChem, which could have been a critical resource.
What if it doesn’t work? Do we have to pay back all of the companies that bought credits? Write off the purchase of Carbon Engineering? Write off the DAC complex?
Genuine morale check
I have to ask, with everything that's been happening, is there anyone left at this company who is actually happy with their job and optimistic about the future? I'm struggling to find anyone.
Where are the w-2s??
Has anyone received their w-2 yet? Are they literally just going to wait til the 31st?
The timing is brutal
My heart goes out to everyone who was let go last week. With the economy and job market like this, I don't think the timing could be worse. The company's disregard for people's lives is shocking and cruel.
Age as a layoff factor
From the last few rounds, I'm getting the strong impression that if you're in your late 40s or 50s, your job is at extreme risk here. Please correct me if I'm wrong since I've been known to be paranoid before, but I think the pattern in the cuts is really hard to ignore.
Layoffs
Anybody else shocked it's nearly the end of January and we're yet to see any layoffs this year? I know something might be coming soon, but still. I got so used to constant layoffs that this reprieve seems like a miracle in itself.
Seniority no longer protects you
The old rule of laying off the newest people with least experience first seems to be gone. Completely vanished. These days, tenure makes you a target. The longer you've been with Dell, the higher a chance of being laid off. If that isn't messed up, I don't know what is.
PNC offices during severe weather
There was no communication to local employees regarding this snowstorm. The only email notification we got was an email that I saw this morning when I logged in. Why would they send an email to our work address when we’re not logged on during the weekend…. makes no sense.
Why is this leadership doing everything it can to run this company into the ground?
What do they get from it? I'm genuinely curious.
Are we certain there'll be no more layoffs this month?
I know it's just a week left, but I don't trust them anymore so it wouldn't surprise me if they sprung something else on us.
Why is Oracle struggling?
Why is Oracle struggling?
However, unlike its largest competitors, whose profits are paying for their data center projects, Oracle is borrowing heavily. Some investors are concerned the company will struggle to repay its debt if AI demand falls short of expectations. Oracle's business with OpenAI has added to investor concerns
No Pay increase 2026
Heard they will be no pay increase this year. Anyone else hear this?
Care management
Were there layoffs in care management this week and/or will that area get hit on 2/19?
Circling the drain. Lots of layoffs (January 2026)
At least 16 were cut this week. We were given 3 days notice. Most were in content creation in the zyBooks division.
Wiley is circling the drain. Senior managers are incompetent and clinging to ideas that don't work just to save face. Upper management is trying to shoehorn AI into applications where it doesn't make sense. All while the stock is hovering around a 5-year low.
Congrats on crashing the plane into the mountain.
Reductions could lead to layoffs (Laramie, Wyoming)
President Ed Seidel of UW spoke out against proposed budget cuts.
- Lawmakers' budgeting committee proposed a $40 million reduction to the university's block grant.
This reduction is almost 11% of the school's state block grant.
Seidel warned these significant reductions could lead to layoffs. The Wyoming Freedom Caucus supports these cuts, citing concerns over "woke education."

PluralSight being used to get rid of people?
Is the PluralSight training and assessment tool going to be used to fire people? I have a technical category that may have fit my job description when I got out of college but doesn't really reflect what I spend the majority of my day on. Now I spend my days in meetings or navigating the labyrinth of policies, procedures and tools FIS requires. I've always had good reviews but now I have a feeling, I will be substandard. Is anyone else paranoid?
