No redemption for Transunion. Bye Full time employees. Welcome contract for hires.
Saw a very talented guy being laid off for cost-cutting and redundancy.
Funny part, Many of his ideas improved TU's core products and saved a ton of money for the company. I as one of his previous manager was more devastated than he was. He was moved from my project to Onetru forcibly for his talent, now laid off because of onetru/onedev's management failure.
Neustar management is firing loyal, talented full time employees in favor of contract for hires which I bet they have an under the desk deal to line their pockets.

The UNIFI development team was made redundant on Monday
Decades of experience tossed aside. They could have been redeployed but Waters has decided that when a product is no longer wanted by the business then neither are the people involved.
Limited support will transfer to Brasov who will only be making sure UNIFI can continue to function in waters_connect, even though the backbone of waters_connect is UNIFI.
Asos Tech redundancies
A bunch of dev teams are getting hit hard, some seeing up to 50% redundancies. AI tools are apparently going to pick up the slack

Layoffs
Hey everyone, just wondering if anyone’s heard anything about potential redundancies or layoffs at PayPal in the new year? There’s been a bit of chatter lately, but nothing concrete, so I’m curious if anyone’s picked up on any rumours or has a general sense of what might be coming down the line.
Leaner? where?
I'd love to know how the heck we get any leaner out here in the CO's. Can't get the most basic stuff needed for years, and covering an unrealistically large geographical area ALONE when on OT. My suggestion is to start the "leaner" process with the redundancies up at the top, Dan!
What about the other 16000 layoffs?
So 14000 is only 4% of corporate. 27000 was in fact the largest in history.
And there are so many redundant layers of management still.
2015 & 2025: A Company That Has Learned Nothing
Look back at the layoffs from 2015. The excuses are the same. Too many layers, too much inefficiency, too much redundancy, too slow with technology, costs out of control, and a business model in perpetual catch-up mode.
The only thing certain about this company is its ability to keep spinning and spinning without actually solving anything. This was a broken company then, and it’s broken now.
CTV CTB GSP
Is anyone hearing insights on “flattening” the redundant CTB CTV and GSP roles in particular WH (western hemisphere). Seems like other areas are flattening and going back to pre-merch like transformations. Others have said that Bills pyramid will not be touched but that doesn’t seem plausible
Renault targets 3,000 job cuts amid cost-saving measures
Renault is set to propose voluntary redundancies for around 3,000 employees in support functions, in a move to streamline operations, as reported by Reuters, citing L'Informe, a French newsletter.
In collaboration with its alliance partners Nissan and Mitsubishi Motors, Renault Group recently announced that it is entering a new phase focused on the development of electric vehicles and the pursuit of industrial synergies within Europe.

Layoffs
P24 seems like a golden age now that Project Mongoose is in effect. Instead of (for most countries) voluntary redundancy, your name and role are on a list. Works council stated this will be an annual thing. So much for the feeling of community at SAP. Also when did the T4 level become poison? Speaking informally with HR T4 positions are not really sought after. T1, T2 highly sought. It's brutal out here now.
A Corporate Carol- Bah Humbug, you’re redundant
We must reduce the corporate surplus population!!
What are the odds JW and DL were visited by the ghosts of Imperial Past, Present and Future this weekend?
Redundancies in Germany

F5 Cut Talent to Protect and Cover Overpaid Executive Salaries
Employees were told the layoffs were about redundancy and not being strategic enough. Sure, some low performers were cut. Plenty of solid, capable people were let go in HR, Marketing, and Sales all over the world. Meanwhile, the company SPENT A LOT on acquisitions and EXECUTIVE LEADERS WHO HAVEN'T DELIVERED. The people who actually kept things running were the ones who got cut. This isn't strategy, it's protecting LEADERSHIP and their image.
Snouts in the trough
ANZA has deleted many working staff via redundancy due to the excuse that there is no work forecast.
Will any of the leadership team or line managers be removed ?
If there is no work, why are account managers and sales executives needed ?
Should ANZA stop sending executives to junkets such as Mobile World Congress and Telecommunications Industry Excellence Awards ?
Capital One plans hundreds more layoffs tied to Discover acquisition

Temporary workers are just cannon fodder
Avoiding Redundancy Costs: By using temporary workers who are not permanent employees of the company, the business doesn't incur the same obligations for redundancy payments and other entitlements as it would for permanent staff.
Ireland layoffs
Not sure what’s happening in Ireland, a lot of people are going and have left. Not sure if there getting redundant package. I think most are leaving because of attrition. Any know what’s happening here

Reduction IS coming for external associates
Redundancy meeting yesterday in Aberdeen
I got summed to my managers office yesterday, no warning nothing , HR walks in sits down and here we go again., 3 months notice from today after 8 years of service, the worst package that they could possibly offer , total joke of a company, Potentially 15% going next 6 months they said with more next year. Get out while you can.
