Heard from 5 people in different departments that that 25% number being floated around is basically accurate.

Doing this the week before a major holiday makes it more depressing. Not just for those on their way out but for the peers who are left behind to pick up the pieces until the next set of RIFs. Put us out of misery and tell us sooner
