I watched a Senior Director that was supposed to work all week go from green this morning to the gray x. Their schedule is blocked off indefinitely (I was going to schedule a meeting). What are the tells?

Any PL's get let go today? I noticed a few in my dept were offline today. My PL logged off aroud 9am and never got back on. I hope not, because I really enjoy working under them. If a PL was let go, it wouldn't be immediate, would it?

Will be receiving documentation regarding severance info, job assistance, end of benefits information in the mail in about 2 days. Normal procedure, nothing new here.

Anyone from PA Health & Wellness impacted by RIF? PL said all 35 from PAHW who requested were approved for VSP with varying end dates. No mention of any RIFs yet.

Any idea if today's RIF has impacted just LOBs or corporate departments as well? Especially, any layoffs in marketing?

We were just informed in an team all hands meeting that two of our team is being let go. They were notified earlier this morning, and will be around for a few more weeks.

Welp! Got my notification this morning. To say I’m surprised would be a lie. I was let go due to a personal vendetta but hey life goes on. I’m actually relieved. Centene is a sinking ship that I’m happy to be off of lol

They offered VSP. Then they turned down a fifth of people who said yes. Now they're laying folks off involuntarily. Why? Why didn't they just approve everybody who said yes?

What a weird set of circumstances. I want to leave. They pushed my VSP to 11/27. People want to stay and nope.

I am KY UM Medicaid any word. We have continued to asked and been told that there is no reason to worry we are busy. Also that vsp were not approved until September of next year. Which I did not believe.
