Also, it looks like India is getting hit...hard.

Verizon (sold by Russell Cellular) has 6 million customer data breach and hackers have the data for sell, for cheap which reports claim will lead to numerous entities purchasing the data to scam customers.

Vanguard to hire 2k in India. I know the phrase right now is to "grow the workforce" but we all know what it is. Offshoring so they can get rid of American employees who cost more. And even if nobody gets cut here, to do this when so many people at home need a job is despicable. John Bogle is probably rolling in his grave.

With all the changes, I fear I'll return to a place I do not recognize. After being sick for so long, it's depressing to read how much worse things have become via posts on this board.

Throughout Gail's reign of te---r, she has brought this company to a new low. It's true that all the major healthcare companies are cr-p these days, but Elephants Health has trampled on its people far more than any other I've heard. They care NOTHING for you, no matter what position you're in. All they care about is making the shareholders and Queen Gail rich. If you're not planning to already, get out or retire if you can, ASAP! You may already be on the "list" and don't even know it.

There was a very disjointed and brief call today, with no questions allowed to be asked, stating FIS is going to outsource almost all parts of the business.

So they're trying to push out the "older" sales reps. How is this allowed?

Whoever come up with this migration plan should be fired on the spot. What a complete sh-t show. No support. These leaders have no clue.

I don't know who's over food certification testing but there is so many people in my club that expired it's ridiculous and I need to be tested and everytime I ask management they say we will get back to you

I wonder what the future is for Retail to Business? Everything is very secretive. Nothing is being shared with the store locations. There are so many postings, would anyone consider this job after the November cuts?

The most productive, most liked because she's always helping others, the most knowledgeable person on our team, the person who made our manager look good was laid off. So tell me, if all of that didn't save her, then what's there to do to be safe? The answer is simple, nothing.

Had a manager briefing call today, and they were very evasive regarding questions about anonymity in regards the survey. The anonymity questions was raised by multiple managers in fact.

Tread lightly would be best.

Stock has tanked, 10's of thousands of employees on the street, 10's of thousands working off-short for pennies, agile rolled out with aggressive, mandated goals and no asset cap. What's really going on?

Is there any truth to this? This is roughly 10% of the workforce. Heard it was AI related (same as other companies are saying - fire thousands of people to invest in AI).
There is now even a freeze for hiring contractors.
Makes me sick working here.

Whomever decided to migrate fully to Facets needs to be fired. I’ve never experienced such issues in my life. For a platform that is web based and updated, I feel like I’ve moved to the Middle Ages. It’s slow and dreadful and goes down often. Automation is severely lacking. How can LG possibly meet 1st pass? I feel like we’ve been set up to fail. Does anyone else feel this way?
