Rolling layoffs, zero communication, blatant indifference. I have no idea who could deliver a "work hard" and "we're all in this together" load of cr-p with a straight face. But then again, they pick them specifically for such purposes.

Is the site in Pennington NJ closing or not?
Any truth to the rumor that Pennington is not closing just yet? No word on the rumored new building in PA and no communication from management on anything. Will everyone be expected to relocate to JC and NYC or will everyone just be let go? Will anyone get severance? When will any of this happen?
Is this just my group or is this a company-wide issue?
Management asks for feedback constantly. Surveys, meetings, suggestion boxes, you name it. And nothing ever happens. The same problems exist year after year and the same complaints get raised again and again. But nobody listens or does anything. It's always business as usual. Which just means nothing gets fixed.
What a mess
Things are so messed up at Xerox right now that I’m constantly running into situations where no one can give me a clear answer to ANY question. You ask one person and they point you somewhere else, and it just keeps going in circles. I know decisions are being made somewhere, but no one knows where or how. So everything gets brought to a crawl as I have to guess who can give me a straight answer. Like I said, a mess.
I'm not sure this could have been handled in a worse way
Everything has been bad, from communication to execution to now expectations. If they wanted to get us mad and for morale to plummet, then job well done!
field & operations
field & operations update.....
why does "field & operations update"keep...getting postponed
over& over again??
Stunning Incompetence
It’s really shocking how poorly these work changes are being handled. The lack of coordination, communication and planning is unbelievable. The entire leadership staff should be embarrassed.
There's been no follow-up in my team since the layoffs
Nobody's acknowledged the people we lost, and the workload is crushing. The manager isn't even trying. It's not just the volume, there are critical gaps. Even if we wanted to pick up the slack, there are some things we simply can't do.
Pennington Site Closure - Zero Communication Since October
Does anyone have any info regarding what they plan to do with those folks who are currently based in Pennington? Will all be forced to Jersey City or NYC? Will there be a new site in PA that is an option? Will some be let go when the site closes? What happens if your new assigned location is not a viable commutable option? I know that BNY doesn’t care about those impacted so they are in no rush to provide any info, but it would be great to have some details so people can plan their next move.
Do they even know what it is we do?
It feels like the people making decisions no longer have a clue what our work actually involves. We tell them what's broken and they just ignore it. They acknowledge our concerns and then do absolutely nothing about them. Why should I trust anything they say at this point?
Another Monday approaching
Another week with almost no communication from leadership, just nonstop guessing and speculation about what’s coming next. I’m so tired of this. I’d honestly pay good money for leadership that respects its people enough to just tell the truth, even when it’s not what we want to hear.
Cool that we're being told nothing
I mean, it doesn’t make sense even from a leadership’s purely selfish perspective. Surely productivity has been suffering with all of us on edge all the time and completely demoralized?
March 26th is here - and I don’t have any meetings
No meeting on the calendar and no message from the bosses.
Another no news predicted RIF day!!!
Ssshhhhhhhh
Awfully quiet here…
AllHandsQA
It looked like the HR assigned a job for the department heads to have the All Hands QA to address concerns, etc. . Layer by layer they scheduled the calls, but the answers were already given early, no additional information and updates.
CIt bonus not disclosed
why is no leader or HR disclosing CIT aip bonus amounts isnt this an employee right? in past years they shared bonus and increase at same time. now more and more blow offs for staff who have to stay. does anyone know for centerwell? all HR can say is payroll b paid april 17 payroll A paid april 24.
Why won't they just tell us what to expect?
Even a rough idea would help. Everyone around me is guessing, nobody has a clue, and the anxiety is through the roof. I can't focus at all.
HOW IS NOBODY TALKING?
Events are happening around the company, yet nobody is talking and sharing information. How are we not doing this?
Are the reorgs/layoffs impacting all orgs?
We're getting next to no information from leadership where I am.
I'm so tired of this
The lack of transparency is jarring. We’re constantly left in the dark, never told what’s happening, even when it directly impacts us. I hate it.
Kelso isn’t even taking questions anymore
She basically came on saying no questions at the end of this All PCS team call. They are getting eaten alive and are trying to avoid questions now.
Merit and Bonuses
Has anyone received anything? It’s suppose to be available this week and no one on our teams have heard anything.
Things that make it worse..
I feel like all the bs iris articles about making a difference and flu--er content about amazing impact is just nauseating. Read the room and chill tf out. Peoples lives have been turned upside down.
Silent RIFs
It seems that people are disappearing from teams without any company wide communication. Look on social media and you'll find evidence. This is worse than major rounds, in my opinion. At least with a major round, you know when it's done. This can go on forever.
No clear information
My manager says she hasn't heard anything definitive about more layoffs. The rumors are flying though. This uncertainty is worse than knowing for sure.
It feels like we've been in a state of rolling layoffs
You constantly hear about people being let go, a team here, an org there, in numbers just small enough not to draw too much attention. There's endless talk about a reorg with zero details, and barely any communication from leadership. We're left fumbling in the dark, just waiting to see if our job is next. It's no wonder morale is in the gutter and the entire atmosphere feels so heavy.
SETH: Thanks for the Q&A
SETH was a total setup: I have it on good authority that one of the question were real, and were made up to be softballs for mike.
So much for leadership transparency.
Proof: Nothing about RTO and HMP.
Wanting to be let go
Is it wrong to secretly hope that my position is eliminated? The toxicity at this company is appalling, and the lack of communication and severe gatekeeping is making it impossible to accomplish anything.
Asking for a friend, of course.
Layoff silence
Almost 600 employees impacted this week by layoffs, and not one word from USAA about it, as an employee I find that extremely disturbing.
Juniper interns to HPE full time conversions
Does anyone have idea if Juniper interns will be getting any full time return offers? I interned last summer, but haven't heard back from my manager yet. Not even a Yes/ No. Just no response. Would appreciate it if anyone has some clarity on this
Still no final number?
We're still just guessing how many were affected? I don't understand why there isn't any official word on this.
Why wont they just tell us anything?
They never give us a heads up about stuff like layoffs. It just happens. How are we supposed to plan our lives? Keeping us clueless just makes everyone angry and scared.
Severance payout
How long to get lump sum? I sent weeks a. Go and have not heard back.
Monday meeting
Has anyone else’s group been informed about a meeting this coming meeting with no information on what it is about. The superintendents didn’t even let the foreman know what’s going on. This is in the Permian
Very poor Reorg handling
This has been the worst role out of a Reorg in company history. Many people still don’t know if they have a job!
Target at it again treating employees like cr-p
Distribution centers, sortation center and Woodbury distribution were told that starting Jan 1st we are required to take the new law of an unpaid 30 minutes AND they cannot work longer or make up the time. Everyone is going to lose pay that puts food on their tables for their families. This law was not meant for companies to use it to their own advantage benefit. Target does not care. Most people are losing $1500 to $5000 a year in lost wages. And yet no comment on the news.
Leadership being this vague and uncommunicative really worries me
Even in the media. Nothing remotely concrete. It makes me wonder if the damage is going to be worse than we originally thought.
Severance and login
Well kinda ironic I signed my severance package and since then I am having log in issues and can't get past the VPN. Im in a no fault state and with everything going on. Nothing surprises me anymore.
For Pete’s sake, retire!
I know it’s easy to point fingers when things are not going well but where was our fearless leader 2025?
While the ship was sinking in 2025, he was no where to be found.
From the start, he took care of all his friends regardless of whether they had the experience or not to work the position.
This is the same guy who told us nothing would change when we were transitioned over to CUSA other than our email. He said it would be a good move for the company to help align support. Can anyone still employed at Canon USA (formerly CSA) say things have improved with the transition?
When he felt intimidated, he created useless buffers by promoting his old friends from Chicago. When he felt people were pushing him out he turned up the heat and forced them out.
Anyone could have run this company during the good times. It’s the tough times that show who the true leaders are. It’s safe to say our leader played and hide and go seek for this entire year. Maybe someone should tell him the game is over and it’s time to leave Melville and buy a one way ticket back to Chicago.
Good luck Mason, it’s safe to say you inherited a mess at the hands of your colleague.
Just a thought
hink it’s time someone asks the real questions that so many of us on the Medicare/Medicaid Member Services and Provider Services side of UnitedHealth Group are afraid to say out loud.
What is actually going on?
How much longer will any of us have jobs here in the United States?
Why can’t leadership just be transparent with us about the future instead of leaving entire teams in a constant state of uncertainty?
Every day we hear rumors, see teams shrinking, and watch responsibilities shift with no clear explanation. Many of us have built years of our lives around this company, serving members and providers with everything we have. We deserve honesty. We deserve communication. We deserve clarity about what direction this organization is taking and what it means for the people who keep it running.
How many of us are even left in the U.S. doing this work?
And why is it so hard to get straightforward information?
We’re not asking for miracles—just truthful communication and respect for the workforce that shows up every day despite the stress, fear, and unanswered questions.
UnitedHealth Group, we need answers.
We deserve transparency.
And we deserve better than silence.
