CL has his All Hands scheduled early October, has anyone heard anything about when/if he goes off?

I saw someone say the CX group that got moved under Chris is untouched so far, but can anyone still at Oracle comment about the Right Now product folks? Wondering if they were protected or not.

Does anyone have any info about when the hiring freeze will stop?

Do they ever allow questions that are not pre-screened?

Is the China Grove, North Carolina DC open yet? Also, during Q2 sales release it was mentioned that more stores as well as DC’s will be closing. Any idea which DC intend to close?

Many people have an option to exit or get demoted, and those people were given 48 hours to choose. Thus more exits may happen, but initiated by conversations that happened on Tuesday.

I was hired as a fully remote engineer 2 years ago.

There is no campus nearby.

There's been rumors that fully remote will be the next to go.

I need the money.

Anyone have any insights of what's coming down the line for fully remote engineers.

I'm on the marketing team and my skip hasn't called us back to the office yet. Personally I'm not going to celebrate the ELT or cheer on RTO but honestly the day to day still feels just fine, like I don't feel a g-n on my back and the people are still fine. I don't feel doom and gloom on by day to day here, that's just me. Feels like any regular company in 2025 although sometimes I do sigh ok boomer at the all hands to myself but it still feels ok as a whole. Going on 2 years here

How much stressing, worrying, and constant anxiety do we have to go through before they finally tell us who is being laid off and when? I honestly cannot think of many things worse than being stuck in limbo like this for weeks or even months, waiting to find out if our livelihoods are about to be taken away.

In accurate reporting on powerBI for inbound receipts for backstage. It reflects that we are getting 10 cartons and we get slammed with over 90 cartons. Hours only reflect for the 10 cartons. I was recently asked by my manager & store manager if I would be interested in becoming a Fragrance Associate. The Fragrance manager in my store has always been impressed with my work & customer service they said. Currently, I am a mattress specialist & my manager & the store manager have told me I would get more commission in Fragrances than mattresses. I told them I would think about it & get back to them with an answer within a few days & they understand. I’m thinking about taking them up on their offer. What are your thoughts on moving from mattresses to fragrances & has any one who was a mattress specialist move to fragrances. I’m looking for opinions on this.
