In the past we have 1x salary coverage for Basic Life Insurance covered by company. I do not see that for 2026. Am I overlooking it or did they take that benefit away?

As far as I am concerned, their behavior constituted belligerent fraud.

I keep seeing/hearing people say they are on some list for not being in the office 8 hours. If I was on this list would I know? I never do 8 hours, not even 2. As far as I'm aware I'm not on this list, why?

It’s better to be clear and consistent

Management has communicated that the individual with the lowest production on each team, regardless of whether they meet the defined quota, will receive an “Inconsistently Meets Expectations” rating during their next performance evaluation.

Why is this company fixated on the number 8? From 8 is great to 8 hours in their offices, what’s the link?
