Has anyone heard of anything brewing in OT, ORx OI etc? O lot of VP's have resigned in the last 2 weeks, I wonder if they were offered a package or knew something bad was coming?

Celebrating One Year, Fiserv-Free
One year ago I quit Fiserv, and I am constantly grateful to have made it out, thankfully to a much better position elsewhere.
There were many things not to like, but my #1 complaint about Fiserv was that I was implementing "products" that were either not fully developed or didn't work as advertised, and I had to face clients on a daily basis and try to tapdance these services to work. Basically I was set up to fail by Fiserv, which was an absolute waste of my time, and I quickly knew it wasn't going to be a long-term fit for me.
I was complimented on my work and well-liked by my team members, but not once did I have a week where I hit any metric goal during my time at Fiserv (not in-office hours, not sapience hours, not delivery goals...which were supposed to be 98% success rate and thus impossible to achieve, especially with sh-t products). Early on, I just freed myself from caring about metrics and that was the only way my mental health did not suffer, and I do not regret that choice at all. They were paying me the same whether I hit metrics or not, and I could not be stressed out by the infantilizing concern that I wasn't at my desk for 7 hours a day or whatever it was at that time. The weekly "dashboards" that management would send me on metrics would go straight to my trash folder, unopened.
I survived a couple big rounds of layoffs somehow, but while I was already deep into my job search, I unsurprisingly received a "Needs Improvement" on my yearly review (because of metrics). It was about a month later I finally got a great job offer, and put in my two weeks notice.
Sharing my story in case it resonates with anyone who thinks they should leave but aren't sure they can - you should, and you definitely can. You can all do better than Fiserv, you got this.

Kate's exit
She's already pulled back from involvement in the company. This just formalizes it. Gone within 12 months.
Question Re Earned PTO if laid off or resign
I wanted to know if I lost my EARNED PTO (currently in bank) if I either resign or am laid off? I am plannning FMLA leave due to care for my spouse after surgery then I will be resigning and should have some PTO banked. Will I lose it or will it be paid out in final paycheck?
Unused PTOs
I resigned couple of weeks back, and was expecting Cigna to pay for my unused PTOs for this year. Has the policy changed? I know we can’t carryover from one year to the other, but what about the PTOs I accrued till now?
Also does Cigna also take back my profit earned from my stocks along with any unvested stocks?
A bunch of resignations post March 6
Mike and HR will meet his 10% staff reduction quota just through resignations
Chief HR Officer and Chief Information and Digital Officer resign

UP resubmit meger April 20,2026
Get ready the CEO stated that UP will resubmit the merger plan with NS by April 20th. He stated there will be attrition and resignment with the workforce once the merger takes place.
Upstream CFO
The upstream CFO post was removed about as abruptly as he resigned. How does a post come down so quickly?
60 day notice
Anyone put in their resignation recently and we're told you'd have to abide by the 60 days? I can't imagine they'd make me stay. Anyone experience this?
unused PTO get paid out in NYC?
I have a plan to submit my two week notice around 3/17.
Can anyone tell me that if my "unused PTO" will get paid out?
VPs Are exiting
Looks like VPs are starting their exits now. We went from a skeleton crew to barely any bones left. Don’t spend that AIP payout because who knows what the next few weeks are going to look like. So long fellow associates who have been here long enough to remember the good old days when we had real leadership and transparency.
No plan was better than that place
It's been three weeks since I walked out with zero notice and zero backup. People thought I was crazy. Maybe I am, who knows. But you know what? I sleep now. I don't wake up with that dread feeling. That place was destroying me and leaving with nothing was still better than staying one more day. I'll figure the rest out later.
Never been happier
I left the micromanaging gaslighter at Walgreens who policed my face and now I make more money and sleep better.
I'm finally out
I quit on Friday and it scared me way more than a job this bad ever should. I guess they trained us well to believe that this is as good as it gets. I guess I'll soon find out if they were right.
Comment if you left BNY due to your manager
Most of the posts here are from people who were let go or did not like the company policies like RTO. Would like to hear from folks who left the firm as you couldn't deal with your immediate manager or one above them - basically management who knows who you are and what you do. What was the red line for your decision? Have you found another job? Which part of the firm you were in - Ops, TSG, Engineering, etc.
Return to home
I just put in my two weeks after getting the bonus and accepting a new fully remote job that I start Monday. Rick and EC you will not be missed.
Honest question… How does one resign from this place?
where is the “button”? is there a “goto”? Is there an app?
does one send an email to the supervisor first before using the official avenue to HR?

2 Week Notice, Curtesy or Requirement???
When an employee resigns from Oracle, are they required to give two weeks notice?
If I leave without providing notice, are there any consequences or forfeited benefits?
Resigning after Bonuses
How soon after getting your bonus can you resign? Are there clawbacks?
RSUs vesting and 2 week notice
Should I give 2 week notice before or after RSUs vesting date in order to get the RSUs?
- currently the RSUs vesting date is 3/15
Two Week Notice
Does the company always honor a two-week notice? I want to keep my benefits through May, which would require me still being employed on May 1. If I give a two week notice on April 20 will they let me stick around for the rest of the month or do they sometimes cut people right away?
PZ departure
What’s behind it or always the plan to go in ‘26?

Major Talent Exodus Following Bonus Payouts
The largest employee migration in Bank of America Company’s history has begun following the February bonus and 401(k) contributions. While some employees are waiting until the end of March for their RSUs to vest, many senior leaders are departing after receiving substantial bonus payouts.🤫
0% Raises and Exxodus
So many resignations. Looks like the 0% raises are having the desired effect. I for one am applying and trying to leave. What are you doing?

I feel so sad today (reposting as previous post got messed up on my phone)
I am approaching a seven-year tenure on my team and I have long found solace in our shared atmosphere. Everyone is remarkably kind and approachable. Although we have recently encountered adverse shifts beyond our control, I have remained a steadfast advocate for collective resilience despite the prevailing negativity because I deeply honor the journey that defined every teammate’s professional growth.
Finally today, I have fully grasped the irony that the more one ventures above and beyond, the heavier the burden of responsibility becomes. If you fail to navigate the unspoken rules of the game, you bear the most devastating fall. I have never experienced such poignant disappointment and I recognize it is finally time to part ways with those who fail to safeguard what is truly essential.
By no means am I suggesting that I am the most indispensable and irreplaceable asset here as there are far more brilliant minds within this organization than myself. Rather, it is the professional spirit and the arduous paths we have chosen to walk, that merit profound respect and should be held in high regard.
FUN
Three team members were displaced a couple of weeks ago.
After bonus payout, 3 out of 4 senior team members resigned.
Made my day
Never looking back
Resignation never felt so sweet. Don't give up in the search and good luck to you all in this cr-p hole!
Leaving
I care about the work I do at Truist and genuinely value my team. That said, after several years in the same position without a clear path to the next step in my career, I’ve started to feel stalled. There hasn’t been an opportunity to grow into a new role or take on responsibilities that align with where I want to go professionally. At this stage in my career, advancement and development matter a great deal to me, and I’m beginning to question whether staying at Truist supports those goals.
If I do receive an offer elsewhere, is providing two weeks’ notice always the best approach? What are the potential consequences of resigning without notice—for example, informing my manager late on a Friday that I’m leaving effective immediately?
Leaving tips
I plan to hand my notice in within the next month, any top tips for things to make my escape easier?
Nothing left to give
I gave this job years of my life and kept pushing even when it was draining me. They took everything they could and never slowed down. Now there’s nothing left in the tank, and I’m done trying to refill it. Package or not, I’m walking away.
