Friday will be my last day at Optum. I am very lucky in that this was my decision.
I'm also lucky in that I live in a state where accumulated PTO must be paid out.

If, for some reason, there are discrepancies in my final paycheck, how does an ex employee contact HR/Payroll?

So I voluntarily left in November. No bonus payment for me. Instead I received a bill to pay for a couple of days of management lease they forgot to deduct from my last payroll.

Has anyone noticed or heard of your time card being blocked if you’re going to be laid off? I went to go try to cancel a PTO request for later in the summer, but after April 4, my time card is totally black. I cannot make any changes. Other team members see the same thing. We do expect RIF in our department. Any HR or payroll people have any thoughts on this?

I know it says on the 20th but nothing has hit yet? How do you know if you get it 100% cash it’s what I elected but not seeing anything yet

Checked Workday this morning for this Friday’s paycheck, March 20th. No Discretionary Bonus on my Check. Marvin’s email says we would receive it March 20, 2026! Anyone else get the Bonus?

It's that time of the year. Honeywell former employees must email HRHelp to get our w2 / payslip documents for tax purposes according to Alumni hub. Just in case former employees (like myself) are needing this information quickly (like me) for meeting with an accountant or filing taxes you can't just download this like any other business in modern times. Go figure.

Just wanted to put a feeler out there see how many people this may be affecting. People having shortened/no checks for 4-5 weeks some longer. Benefits not being funded for the union guys. Some had to pay out of pocket to keep health insurance. What do you get from Honeywell no information, no one to talk to, and they basically laugh it off like hah some people been getting really sc--wed on their pay (actually said on a meeting). The ship is sinking

Looks like wells botched severance lump sum payouts and is sending out checks and letters for those who were underpaid.

Anyone else in New Jersey that was on payroll until Feb 20 still waiting for their Stock Together payouts? I know Verizon monitors this space too, so what are you clowns doing? Bad enough you kicked everyone to the curb, but now our money is in limbo. Current employees got their payouts on 3/10, so where is our money!

Hello - When does the company payout the separation payment as per the agreement signed on last day . its been 4 weeks and i have got nothing. I raised a ticket to inquire about timeline and nobody response. I send an email to AskHR and nobody responds

for example if you are given 2 months, would the current month be normal payroll and then the next 2 months would be the payment?

My partial CIP arrived in my bank account overnight. This is after an AEOI last year. No sign of a paystub though, and I expect that will arrive via snail mail.

Has anyone heard about payroll calculating your OT that you can deduct for the no tax on OT wrong. Hearing rumblings that they didn't include any call outs because of the E11,E21, etc codes used on your timesheet. Are they going to be re-issuing W2's ?

As a matter of principle this could cause inaccurate personal tax reporting. Just the sheer of incompetence. Opened a ticket and still waiting.

Hello - Any people who underwent IBM RA got underpaid on their final vacation balance
Although i emailed my supervisor before hand they reduced my vacation balance to zero after RA even though not a single vacation was taken and when i contact them they just give me generic response nor provide any proof. anyone went through this with them .. never though such a big company would make up stuff like this.

Are we eligible to claim tax relief on pension contributions? Noticed that the deposit into the pot would be numbers from payslip only.

For the laid-off employees in 2025, how did L3Harris provide you with your W-2? At my exit intreview HR said I will receive one via regular mail. I asked them to give me an ADP link that doesn't work for non-employees. HR blames payroll,l payroll blames HR, and I am about to call the IRS so I can get my W2.

Got a paystub in the mail today showing one amount and a date of 1/27. Fidelity shows a different amount, looks like it's based on market price. Fidelity says Verizon hasn't released the funds yet.

Is the severance payout on a different schedule than regular payroll?

Two weeks ago I received my normal paycheck. Last week I was paid again—slightly more than usual—which I believe included my PTO payout. This week should have been a regular pay period, but I haven’t received anything.

My 60-day working period ended last week, and I’m now officially on severance. I just want to understand how the payment timing works going forward.

Laid off on the 12th. Had the normal two weeks of PTO replenish as of the first of the year. I was told my balance would be paid out. Checked account today and the balance was recalculated and now it's zero. I'm assuming that I won't get that paid out now? Or does that mean they've already taken it out because I'm getting my last payroll check next week?

I was let go in 2025, ADP site still has not W2 posted for 2025 which seems odd. Perhaps it is paper only if let go?

How is UHG handling the 27 paychecks in 2026 for salaried employees?
