Do layoffs work like trash days? When there is a holiday, trash pick-up comes a day later than the regular scheduled day. Monday was a holiday this week. Does that mean layoffs will be Friday, May 29 instead of Thursday, May 28?

Noticed several different leaders (mostly Directors) had their title in Outlook/Teams changed to “CW Optum Business Leader-Requisition.” Does anyone know what this means and if it has anything to do with impending layoffs?

We've been through so many layoffs in the last few years that I can't even feel stressed or worried anymore ahead of the next round. I'm just numb. I honestly can't tell if that's a good or a bad thing.
