The in office reporting is officially out. For those that work 3 days in office and 2 days remote. Although the expectation is a full 8 hour day, the requirement for in office hours for reporting purposes is 7 hours. Anything below that you’ll get flagged on the reports.

If an individual is engaged in multiple full-time positions simultaneously during standard working hours (Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.), to whom or through what channel should such a situation be reported?

The happy-talk non-GAAP will be left out of the formal earnings filing, and we'll see how bad it really is. It's due 40 days after quarter end, which is Sunday. They will wait until after market close to do so.

class action lawsuits due to the nature of previous financial reporting?

Management is pushing for all metrics in various reports to look pristine. One project had a tasks at 100%, which was questioned as the project is most likely, with accurate reporting, in a red status. Response was that the initial jobs or tasks were ran. When it was pointed out that many of those items were incomplete still, the response was well we listed that on another sheet. Got it. Hiding the real results so the reports look good. Never mind that the overall project will fail.
Told today to close out a project that was marked as on hold. Asked why and how to track. Oh just note it yourself, maybe with a stick on note. Seriously was told that. Just wanted it gone so report looked nice. It would be karma if I am gone when this is resurrected, because that note will be gone as well as the project plan.
This place is a joke.

Ok, what is the deal with the in office hours tracking? I’m hearing it’s based on badge swipes, connecting to the network.

Can anyone in management enlighten me what they’re looking at? Is it 4 hours, 5 hours?

Apparently there is some reporting but no one has seen it so we don’t even think it exists. I need someone who really knows what’s going on to shed some light on this please!

Enough opinions on this company. New customers are the lifeblood of any company. How many new customers has TDC won this year, last year, and the previous year? What is the YoY trend? This vital metric will tell you all you need to know. And if TDC is hiding this from the market, you have your answer.

Are we going to be dinged if we aren't in office 15 days this month? Can anymore enlighten me on how the reporting is? 11 days or 3 days a week??

"Amazon plans to cut 15% of workforce" - really? That's their title? Do they have any idea how many people that would be? They'd do anything just to get clicks these days. If somebody didn't know this was referring to the human resources department, it would have given them a mini heart attack.

Just look at the sheer volume of IT GR10s + with their report or dashboard’s broken with bad data asking some poor Engineer about their wrong data. What a waste of time. Why are these people employed? LBT fixed nothing

Imagine if our Executives put as much effort and creativity into developing viable strategies for growth and driving revenue as they do devising ways to manipulate financial reporting.

We are in massive non-compliance by getting engineering services from non-registered engineers from not only out of province, but out of the country.

Have it on pretty good authority from a colleague whose team develops the reporting that the hours in office data pull calc will be based upon your last timestamp on WF network minus first timestamp for the day because it would be too complex to subtract people swiping out for lunch, to attend company events, take meetings in adjoining buildings etc. so don’t worry too much if you need to step out for lunch or if you want to attend a company event that is outside the building etc.

Hopefully some really savvy up and comer reporter(s) will come across this site and see a lot of the painful accounts being posted on this site. More specifically, how Humana is hurting the American citizen working class.

Direct reports for directors was 20, does this apply to senior directors as well as many of them have less than this? Or have the goalposts changed again?

The total for the week was correct but all the individual days were wrong. How the heck do they do that? Seems like a different error every week.

Pre-2024 reports had annual sales and employee data.

2024 is a watered down nothing.

In accurate reporting on powerBI for inbound receipts for backstage. It reflects that we are getting 10 cartons and we get slammed with over 90 cartons. Hours only reflect for the 10 cartons. With pipeline is going away I have reported this upwards and have gotten no response. Anyone else having this issue?

Another garbage article on the importance of business integrity. The how does not matter with this company. If it did, I wouldn't be told by my managers to lie on my work order reporting on a daily basis. In order to avoid taking hits on their ISP numbers , EVERYTHING is the customer's fault. Bad switch, CE. Unit train in the way because of no power , CE. No room to spot cars because we didn't pull their loads because of bad power , CE. Everything is the customer's fault. Recrewing trains, call a fake power move. Lies upon lies upon lies.
