Every week another solid performer walks out due to the uncertainty and constant cuts. Anybody who has options is heading for the door. The brain drain is real, and I don't think leadership even sees it. Or they see it and don't care, instead they're celebrating the attrition without severance.

Losing experienced employees on account of outsourcing and bringing on cheaper recent grads who have no idea what they're doing. All the experience is getting kicked out and somehow they think this place will continue functioning in the same way. Spoiler alert, it will not and I'm almost glad I won't be here to see the consequences.

Looks like it’s open season again.

Jan-Jaap "JJ" Jager sent company-wide email July Monday the 27th saying there will be layoffs (not in those exact words). No numbers on personnel or financials disclosed.

I have been hearing multiple discussions and LinkedIn posts about the servicenow layoffs across globe.
Any updates?

Let me tell you a couple of three things: forget the excuses, forget the value Lyons managed to erase, and forget the corporate incompetence that put Fiserv in this position.

Takis took that stock—weak, embarrassed, wandering around like it had no leadership—and brought it all the way back to where it was before Lyons left. As far as Lyons is concerned, my estimation of him as an executive just plummeted.

The company needs to change everyone who was approved to 9/4/2026. This is what was told to us from day 1!!

With all the executive turnover, it feels like this Forum is going to be rough from a client messaging perspective. I'd be seriously questioning if there is enough actual leadership to move the company forward.

Also, the conference website shows only two featured speakers, Takis and a behavioral scientist I have never heard of. In years past there has been former presidents and major celebrities. I hope more is going to be announced soon because that is a very weak lineup.

Folks just look at how they have handled everything since June. The rhetoric they use, the moving of timelines, misleading information and that's not counting all the other shenanigans this company has pulled over last 3 to 5 yrs. They dont like us and it's obvious they wanted to see who was disgruntled here and to make themselves look better with investors. They have no intention of paying out all these VSP and understood that by doing this ppl would quit or be so mentally gone thst they start to struggle.

The layoff news seems to be spreading rapidly now, it'd be great if we could all spam the All Hands meeting chat asking about the layoffs in the news opposed to asking about coffee.

I had heard but it’s not been verified that for those of us leaving 9/4 that we should be careful and not use all our vacation time left because we haven’t actually earned time for Oct, Nov or Dec. Can someone co firm? I know we can’t take time last 2 weeks because that’s clearly written on the FAQ.

I guess we get to find out how many more jobs are going away and how they'll expect the remaining employees to do more with less under the guise of being more "agile". Not even 3 months ago it was "we can't cut and cope our way to profitability..." When I started as an HVAC tech for Sears Home Services, I was hired over the phone, sight unseen, and my orientation was over zoom. Until that first video call, I was kinda thinking this was all some foreign scam to get my SSN and bank information and there was no job. I had never heard of "Transformco." Then a tow truck showed up one day and dropped off a Ford Transit van at my house, and I started getting deliveries of appliance parts and tools. They had me ride with another tech in my area for 2 weeks to train and then gave me my own routes. After that point I never saw another Sears employee again. Just me and the AI chatbot fixing washing machines all over 8 rural counties, 5 days a week. It was kind of like a scifi movie where the main character is alone on a spaceship with no one to talk to but the robot that cleans the toilet. A cool thing about the AI running everything was that if you reasoned with it a certain way, you could make it take calls off your route you didn't want to go to, or even shorten your day to end at noon.

I "called in" a lot (which is literally just a button you push in the app you have to use for your route), but as far as I could tell no one was there to keep track of or reprimand my attendance

After about a year, I got an offer for better pay and took it, and I put in my notice. Ran my last route in January of this year, and parked my van in the driveway with the keys on the seat for when they sent the tow truck. They never did, and per my state's abandoned vehicle law, I went to the courthouse to report a vehicle abandoned on my property for over 6 months, filled out a claim form and today I got the title in the mail! Outright and fee simple.
All this to say, you guys still out there working have reached the point where Lampert and the Colonel have hollowed out the company enough for it to basically be a free for all. Take advantage of the spoils while you can!
