Has anyone heard about whether Band 1/2 Evernorth/Carenav analysts (customer service) will be impacted by the layoffs?

Cigna just merged dental & mental health. Wow, Sean Carroll is going to be 2x busy for the same pay. Mental Dental, they should just let Dr. Seuss lead cigna at this point.

Can someone clarify whether there are formal guidelines or norms around reporting structures, specifically, whether Senior Directors can have only Band 4 roles reporting to them and no Band 5 (Principal/Director) roles?

Not sure why I have this feeling. But what a relief.

At this rate, I will not be surprised if Cigna starts taking away some perks like 401k match. Cigna might start reducing match %, freeze 401k program for sometime or even completely remove 401k benefit to force people to quit.

I just hope they don't try to slap the AI label on every barely believable justification. That excuse has become tired already.

The trend has been that the actual term date is the last day of the month following notification date. Are they paying you through February, or was 1/29 the notification AND termination date?

Why did all FTE not get yesterday’s email? Multiple on my team had no idea what the lot of us were talking about. Not that it wasn’t just a pathetic excuse for “transparency”.
