Beware "Ghost Jobs" at L3Harris
Ghost jobs are online employment listings for jobs that either do not exist or are not vacant for which the company has no immediate intention of hiring. About 30% of companies use this tactic to collect resumes for future needs, create a false illusion of growth and to intimidate current employees into thinking their jobs are on the line if they don't improve their performance.
If you haven't heard back about a job you posted for, it's not you. It's them playing head games. Clifton has been doing it for years. Check it out for yourselves. You may find YOUR job listed.
How about that stock price ?
Are we out of the woods yet with the low stock price yet? Looks good so far. Hopefully everyone onsemi layed off in the past can enjoy some of the benefits to the price rise when they sell and put the onsemi experience behind them.
Citi will always be technically behind so long as other banks (Wells F, JPM, PNC) are willing to pay more.
Oh sure, Citi pull out what they think is a big win by luring in some major director from other banks here and there. They make sure that hits the headlines but as you can see, they don’t stay very long.
Its a money shell game. These guys move from company to company for more money each time they move. They have no interest in making Citi a home.

Quick Question for Exxon historians: Who exactly was the brainchild behind eliminating the NRE protection category?
Was it: • HR? • A task force? • Darren Woods?
• A committee of frustrated supervisors who suddenly realized their 52–55-year-olds had stopped trembling in fear? I’m only asking because when the karmic boomerang eventually returns to sender, I’d like to make sure proper credit is assigned to the correct individual or department. Thanks in advance for helping identify the architect of this masterpiece.
Accountability matters.
PCS All-Team Call
Did you notice how the TTUS feedback they actually paid attention to included the continued demand for assigned seats? Subtext: They will use that as justification for sending us back in five days a week, mark my words. They'll claim it's not achievable otherwise. They don't care what we think or feel, they only care about what serves them, and that serves them.

Fiserv Stock Price
I am not an employee, just lurk these forums from time to time. The #1 reason why your stock is down starts with Mike Lyons. Since taking Office, he hasn't appeared on a single news network or any of the business news network. Wall Street doesn't know who Mike is, I know you guys hate Frank, but he was a Wall Street darling, people knew him personally. He was constantly on every business news network talking about Fiserv. As an outsider/investor, I have zero idea about what Mike's vision or strategy is. Unfortunately press release doesn't work anymore. Wall Street doesn't care about actual products or services, it is the potential to make quick short-term profits. Frank understood that but ML doesn't want to be bothered. He is hoping luck and time will payoff. Sorry folks, Expect more layoffs.
If we performed so well why are there still layoffs?
Yes I know layoffs can still happen with a good quarter but.... LP made it seem like we finally turned a corner and that layoffs may not even be necessary. Well he was just fattening the pig before sla-ghter.
Product line sales

Ticker symbol change
We’ve definitely been sold to either Goldman or JPM.
It’s just a matter of time now before they announce the sell and layoff of full business units.
Full decimation soon.
Mother’s Day Posts
It was great seeing our world class leaders post about Mother’s Day just days after they laid off mothers and pressure the ones remaining to figure out how to absorb the work. The ones that work 16 hours a day and work their teams to burnout posting about family time are especially hypocritical. What a special place our Verizon family is. The authenticity is contagious. Love where you work love what you do! Let’s go win another week!

Imagine not having to worry about layoffs for at least a few months
We used to have that. Can we go back to that time?
I'm only doing the bare minimum
Call me lazy if you want, but I'm not the one who reaches for layoffs every time expenses need to come down. There are a hundred ways to save money that don't involve cutting people. They just don't want to do the work to find them. I'm just returning the favor.
No favorites here
Some companies have favorite departments or favorite people. Not Oracle. They seem to genuinely dislike everyone equally. From the newest hire to the twenty year veteran. Nobody is safe from the bad treatment.
Can somebody explain this pattern to me?
I've been through a few layoff rounds now and I've started tracking who goes. The pattern makes no sense. Hard workers, people with great reviews, people who consistently deliver get cut. People who coast, who hide in meetings, who produce almost nothing stay. People usually explain it as being about salary. High performers have been here longer and make more, which make them targets, and the cheaper people survive. Which makes sense only if you disregard the fact that this sends a message not to be too good at your job. Just be average and cheap and you'll be safe. How is that kind of workforce good for the company?
Has this been confirmed?
10% this year company wide. 5% in June and 5% in October to stay below the warn notice. Next year gets even better at 15%. Have fun everybody!
Is this true?
Thank you Guru
You laid the foundation for Viasat's success over the past year. We may have tripped and fell a few times, but now we are up and running like Usain Bolt sprinting towards the gold medal. Viasat 3 Flight 2 is like a phoenix rising from the ashes. $100 per share is in sight, and maybe even $1000 per share is reachable. It's all possible due to your brilliant and visionary leadership. I raise my glass in honor of you.
Mmmm, So Now They Finally Want to Release 2025 Survey Results?
The company probably paid an additional surcharge to the consulting firm to heavily alter the results and put a positive spin on management perception.
Don’t believe the results to be shared.
