People who are approved and were given dates in late 2026 and beyond can still be laid off in involuntary layoffs? Is this true? I would be so, so pi---d if this happened to me. This feels like psychological warfare at this point. How much more... — read more
Anyone in SIU/Rx SIU/Clinical/Intake area apply for VSP?
Anyone in this area apply? I’ve been told numerous times it’s likely a protected area becuase of contractual obligations but with the scrutiny on these areas lately I also wouldn’t be surprised if there’s a bunch of layoffs and rehiring or PIPs!
VSP Date Discussion
My VSP was accepted with a separation date of 12/11/2026. While that does give me more time to look for other employment, I feel it also gives my PL time to find a reason to fire me. Seems like the ones who got the 9/4 would have been laid off... — read more
VSP Approved. But...
Now that we're approved we all need to watch out because they'll be looking for any reason to performance people out. Those that are staying behind, be sure to watch your back. Spoke to two different people leaders today and they confirmed layoffs... — read more
Shady indeed!
Yeah the more I think about it this was pretty shady what they did to us. Led to believe 9/1/26 (this is the date on the initial offer package) then to find out up to 2028 for some people's approval date. That's absurd! The VSP information we... — read more
9/4 Lucky people
For those who lucked out with the 9/4 date, can you share what department you are in? Just curious.
Dates for Release
We will all know by August 12-14. It was said by a VP.
Departments
Anyone have any idea if theyre laying people off from the call center?? I know of at least 2 people in claims ( not analyst or anything) people who take the calls from the providers who got vsp offers…..but what about the ones who worked here only a... — read more
Ugh, not happy that so many people will remain who don't want to be here.
Was really hoping VSP was going to at least leave the ones staying behind to work with other people who didn't hate their jobs. I hope the ppl in my department all got the September date, December at the latest. Angrier than usual people is not... — read more
Earnings call
Can just anyone hop on and listen to the earnings call tomorrow? I've never done it before, and I'm curious to hear what will be said amidst all of this BS.
Elimination List
I have no proof, but I have a feeling those who were approved to leave on 9/4 were already going to get cut. I have seen many posts with people upset (understandably so), that their separation dates are in 2027. my guess is those in the later groups... — read more
Involuntary Layoffs
Which departments are most likely to be affected? Can any claims analysts that took the vsp tell us what their separation date is? I am under claims and just want to feel like I can breathe again.
Best of Luck
I applied for the VSP. I got approved. My separation date is in May 2027. I have been looking for another job since they pulled bonuses, PFP's etc off table the beginning of 2023 even more so after the Sept 2023 Lay Off leak. This whole thing is a... — read more

Involuntary Layoffs August
With the staggering dates, will there be involuntary layoffs mid August? If so, these employees would have been identified for the restructuring. Is there an explanation anywhere of why those that didn’t opt for VSP haven’t been notified and will... — read more

Can we negotiate or withdraw
Has anyone been able to negotiate their separation date or withdraw their VSP? Mine is for May 2027 and at this point I rather withdraw the VSP if possible because this is laughable. My PL informed me I could withdraw last week and I declined as I... — read more
Can you get out of VSP if you didn't get the date you wanted
Wasn't eligible for VSP but reading about how late of a "separation date" some people are getting is crazy. If you are unhappy with your date can you back out? I can see where some people found this misleading (they thought they would be leaving in... — read more
Too many of us applied!
My thought is so many of us applied that they couldn't hold up their end of benefits for everyone to depart in Sept. The added dates allow at least one large depart per quarter for a full year! If we quit between now and our separation date - OVER A... — read more

Micromanaging us out.
They are definitely going to micromanage people out so they don't have to pay! Getting a lawyer to be on standby. But if the PL can at least have a heart and stand up for us and know we will be out of y'all's hair asap and to please please not set... — read more
