Unhappy clinicians
Has anyone else these past couple of weeks noticed a large surge in cancelled contracts? Many different reasons but also many that are unhappy with the current onboarding process. Are nurses beginning to avoid taking contracts with MedSol?
Do we know how far we are into layoffs?
I’ve heard a handful of people in the different offices were already let go, and the NZ office is gone now. Is this a trickle effect? Wondering how far we have to wait for the other shoe to drop.
UW Campaign
Since I haven’t had a raise in 3 years this will be the first time I don’t donate in almost 20 years. Executives can pick up the slack as their compensation increases are significant every year and outpacing what employees are receiving by a large margin.
10% of staff to be laid off
Uber Technologies will lay off about 3,300 employees, or 10% of staff, in its largest cuts since the COVID-19 pandemic, to better navigate the rise of robotaxis encroaching on its ride-hailing business.

I'm so disappointed and disillusioned when it comes to Nike
I honestly don't know if I'll be here in 12 months. Do you?
I'm being pushed out
I can't say I'm being laid off, but I'm definitely being pushed out. The workload is impossible and the support is nonexistent so the stress is suffocating. They're not showing me the door but they're making me want to walk through it myself. And I know I'm not the only one feeling this way.
Lay off day
God speed
Employee Perks
As if our benefits in the US aren’t insulting enough, I just learned about the perks given to India.
Samsung discounts
Relocation assistance
Day care
Apartments and hotels
Salary accounts
Percentage of home loans waived
Restaurant discounts
Meal cards
Interest on their direct deposit at 6.60%
Meanwhile, in the US, we get measly discount to a museum.
Garbage company.
Integrated Services Layoffs?
Hearing this morning that several folks are impacted and told to wfh. Credible source but can anyone else verify?
Remember when we were on top of the world?
When layoffs were something others had to worry about, but not us? I miss those days.
Cell Phones
Trying to get rid of everones work cell phone now. how cheap can this company get can't even give a little compensation for making us use our personal phone. I'm actually for it now. when I leave let the clients call me so I can tell them to leave and how horrible everything is.
DXC's share of healthcare cost
Does anyone know how much DXC contributes towards an employee's health insurance - medical/dental/vision? Just a ballpark number.
It doesn't sound like they contribute 80/20 or 70/30 that some of the better performing companies do. I haven't used DXC's plan bcoz my spouse has a good one but was wondering if I had to use what would my cost vs DXC's be; I'm definitely saving DXC some money there right now.
Folks on my team are finally talking about pay
Helped us realized the amount of underpaying is criminal. Talk about your wages, everybody. You'll be shocked how many of you are getting robbed.
If you work at IBM, understand this: you are a target
The moment you make more than your coworkers, you're on the radar. Seniority doesn't protect you, it does the opposite, it makes you more expensive and more vulnerable. I've seen it happen to people who dedicated years to this company. They were paid for their experience, and that's exactly what made them a target.
Listen up this man speaks the truth...
Listen up—this man speaks the truth! Verizon don’t give a rat’s a-s about you. To them, you’re just another line item on a spreadsheet

Get out of this place before you lose yourself
Enrique & Leadership E-mail
Are they for real? I think they actually believe the bullsh-t they come out with. Redundancies are not even complete and they are telling us about a great Future.....no one cares anymore, not even the once forced to stay.
Totally unprofessional
Concerned Parent and Prominent Member of the Community
I just very recently found out that you laid off our daughter for some kind of fake intelligence software?!
Do you know how much it cost us to send her to school for that train and how hard she worked to get her degree.
She has worked for your organization for over a decade and now you throw her away like a piece of trash?!
What in the world is going on over at this company?!
I'd welcome being cut
Centene has changed so drastically from the company I originally joined that I have no issues with leaving it behind. And I used to love my job. Sad what this leadership has turned it into.
Cisco sees you as a number
That's not always been the truth, but it certainly is now. You're a line item. If they get rid of you, there's always someone else who will take your spot for less money. It doesn't matter how hard you work or how much you know. There's always somebody cheaper.
Tracking time
As name suggests time in office is now apart of performance.
<8h a day will put you on list and <1h few times will get you even worse.
Ask me how found out lol
600k Members Receiving Letter Due to Humana exiting Plans
Hello Humana,
I stumbled across this site and just wanted to tell you that I am one of the 600,0000 (600k) members that received a letter today that you are exiting my plan and that my Medicare coverage has been terminated.
I am hopping mad! I mean, what kind of looney tunes circus are you guys running there anyway!!!
R2B managers lied about salary increase
I have officially moved on from Verizon Business.
Ultimately, the workload, expectations, and compensation were no longer sustainable. Managing an entire territory on a base salary of roughly $36,000, while absorbing the expenses that come with being in the field, is difficult to justify. R2B territory managers are among some of the lowest-paid territory managers when compared with similar positions across industries, and they are expected to do it without even a vehicle allowance.
But the compensation itself was only part of the problem. The bigger issue was what was promised.
During the transition, employees were told that the new job title and expanded responsibilities would come with an increase in base salary. People moved into these positions and accepted significantly greater responsibilities based, at least in part, on what they were told their compensation would become.
That promised base salary increase never came.
There is a major difference between accepting a demanding job knowing exactly what it pays and accepting expanded responsibilities based on a representation that your compensation would increase.
I have a tremendous amount of respect for the people still working in R2B. They deserve compensation and resources that reflect the job they are actually doing, and more importantly, they deserve what they were promised.
Management has ZERO plans
What is our leadership team and board doing? They have the worker communication and execution plan for layoffs. Supposedly there was some buyout attempt that seems to make our company look worse. The communication for future projects is murky and now there is supposedly no more cw’s. We need a real leader to get back the camaraderie and culture so people actually want to come to work. This is just bullsh-t torture every day.
Can anyone share what the most recent August 8th Layoff paid for Severance.
I expect to be cut this month in September (USA) and I was wondering how the package on the 8th was structured.
Thanks in advance!!
Manager and lead were let go
Just got out of a meeting with our ED, her exact quote “after a thorough review of everyday business, the business decision was made to eliminate the roles of your manager and lead.”
PIPs in Bangalore
There are a few PIPs in Bangalore (India).
Goodbye to non-relocators
A few of my friends/ coworkers are leaving the company instead of relocating. I’m sad to lose great people. We did big things together and am close friends with many. I respect their choices and wish them well.
Hard to expect people to uproot their families when more layoffs in Houston are expected.
How many did not relocate? Is there %? Seems like a majority but may be my team.
They will be missed. Good luck.
"doing your job well is no longer enough"
Overachieve every quarter, showcase excellent results, customer satisfaction, retention upsell.
All that doesn't matter anymore, you want more pay ? You want a promotion ? Bullsh-t stretch assignments is the only way.
It wasn't like this before, we can thank NetApp for hiring the laziest, cr-ppiest leadership teams straight out of the gutter of other hyperscalers, starting with a horrible HR policy.
Oh and that is based on the idea that NetApp actually pays commissions. We on month 4 and still not information on payments. Finance is stretched, so they say.
Begs the question, is NetApp led by incompetent fools, or malicious id--ts.
The mere fact that this Target layoff page still has lots of traction almost daily, says a lot about the company.
Post-2025 layoffs, it seems like at least once a week there’s a new post from people concerned about the direction of the company or about their own future and well-being within the company. I’m glad that this safe space exists so that we can vent.
Even though I am no longer with the company, and I’ve since moved on, this has become one of my favorite past times over a cup of coffee in the morning to read through the threads. ☕️ If anything, reading through the comments confirms and continually reaffirms to me that though it wasn’t my decision to leave, they did me a favor.
No Plan. No Direction. Just Goodbye.
This being our last week makes everything feel a little more real. What makes it even harder is that there really doesn’t seem to be a transition or exit plan. No one has spoken to me about who will be taking over the work I’ve been responsible for, and from what I can see, even the people who are staying haven’t been given much direction on what happens next or who will be responsible for what. After 15 years, I guess I just expected the ending to feel a little different.
To the OGs of Centene — thank you for the 15 years. This place was so much more than just a job to me. For so many years, it felt like family. I grew here, learned here, made memories here, and gave a huge part of my life to this company.
To those who are staying — please be careful and keep looking outside the company, too. From everything we’ve been seeing, more and more roles and responsibilities are being moved toward outsourcing, and I think it’s important to keep your options open. Maybe that’s also why we’ve seen so many leaders taking their PTO lately. Who knows.
I don’t know where my path will lead from here, and truthfully, that uncertainty is scary. But I’m grateful for everything this company taught me and for all the people who were part of the journey.
It’s genuinely sad to watch something that once felt so strong and meaningful slowly sink to the bottom of the ocean. I never imagined I’d be watching it happen from the inside.
Why there are still Aria profiles of those people who where laid off 5 months back.
Just curious , some of the colleagues I know who got laid off months back are still in Aria under their managers. why is Aria not updated?
PIP today. Early morning 1:1 with manager. Buddy, you are on PIP!
So as many people here. Today, early morning 1:1 with manager. Buddy...You are on PIP!
1 month PIP in European country. Software.
How many are we expecting today?
Is it once again in thousands?
We lost two more people
I wish it was me. I really do. There's no way in he-l we'll be able to do all of our work without them unless we completely give up our personal lives. They think we're automatons who can keep doing more and more all the time. We're not. We're human and this will break so many of us.
Hey management, regarding your use of the AMA term...
If we have to pre-submit questions, it's not an AMA. That last A stands for "anything", meaning your filtering of submitted questions removes the "anything" from the "Ask Me".
There is no better way to communicate to employees that you DGAF about employee-relevant questions.
meet got displaced vs not meet not displaced
Which one is better
Even Fortune magazine knows Stankey’s “culture” is BS
https://www.msn.com/en-us/money/general/business-has-lost-the-trust-of-a-generation-i-hear-about-it-at-my-dinner-table/ar-AA2bgHZp?ocid=BingNewsSerp
Pretty straightforward chronicle of how Stankey and his fellow RTOstans are creating the very Gen Z and Gen Alpha attitudes they constantly whine about. I sure as he-l know that I wouldn’t tell my kid to go for a corporate job after my experience in this world.
